i took my wifes wedding ring to get resided and rhodium (make the yellow gold white) i did this on the 18th of dec to have it for xmas. i get a call 19th of dec like at 4pm and they tell me there is a cracked stone so we cant re size it unless i buy a new diamond for 300 dollars i said well can you still do the rhodium they tell me yes so ok, i get a call on the 22nd of dec they tell me well there is a cracked diamond so we cant do the rhodium we will have your ring back tomorrow for pick up witch was the 23rd of dec so i have no chance to go to another jeweler now i have to scramble and look for another gift idea it was a total waste of time and at a bad moment i dont recommend this company at all!

I went in to get my engagement ring rhodium plated before my wedding so that it would look like new for the pictures. Caleb looked at my ring and thought he would be able to just polish it for the same effect, rather than having to send it out right before my wedding. Caleb brought the ring back after polishing it and it looked fantastic! It was great customer service on Calebs part and I will definitely be returning to Ben Bridge Jeweler for any jewelry needs.

These people are great. Patient, knowledgeable and professional, if you are looking for it, you will find it here. Ive vought my wife jewelry here and tinight, just needed a watch adjustment- guess what? They treated me the same when I was coming in for a watcj adjustment as they did ehen I made a larger purchase. You really cant go wrong here. Thanks guys.
