I researched and visited numerous Rolex dealers in the Denver area, and not one of them compared to the level of customer service that I received from Walters and Hogsett. They were very informative, patient, sincere, catered to my needs and most of all honest throughout my purchasing process. I highly recommend this Jeweler to anyone looking for a personalized experience that far exceeds other Jewelers that I have previously visited. They have a great selection and they are extremely knowledgeable. Again, Highly Recommended! They treat you like family...Just completed another purchase. We updated my wifes wedding ring with a new look, and their work was outstanding and her ring is stunning! I would recommend Walters and Hogsett to anyone looking for great service, honesty, and professionalism.

Amazing customer service. I walked in 5 minutes prior to closing time half asleep and looking like crap but was treated great. Emily ended up ordering in a ring for me and was great with helping me choose all the little details that I was clueless about. Emily and the other staff were great at communicating and very helpful when I was trying to locate a nice sapphire for the ring as well. Deal with confidence!

Ive only purchased a single watch here (a Citizen) but Ive had a number serviced. They are always super friendly and helpful. When I did buy I was set on using them for the help theve given me in the past but the price was within a few dollars of anywhere online which is nice. Two thumbs up!
