Was in the store today at 11am due to a diamond falling out of my wedding band again. This has occurred 6-7 times now. Sherry proceeded to tell me my warranty ended in March. I asked what I was to do because in the 3 years I have had several diamonds falling out of the 2 bands I bought from them to add to my engagement ring that was not bought there. And I said I was just there in January for the same reason and no one told me about the expiring warranty. I thought I had lifetime warranty. There seems to be an issue here. I still feel the issue comes from when I initially bought the bands and added them to my engagement ring which was not bought there. They sized it from a 6 to a 9-both the new bands and my engagement ring. I then was very upset because they then had to be resized back to the 6. No phone call to clairfy size they said the writing wasnt clear on the ticket so they assumed 9. Well today Sherry said she would fix the issue of the missing diamond but would not be able to apply it to the warranty in the future. Of course I was upset because I feel these bands are not as they stated when I bought them. Not once during the initial sale nor during any time I was there for the diamonds to be fixed did anyone tell me that this will be a continuous problem forever nor that I only had warranty until March. I have been in there about every 4-5 months due to a missing diamond. And the diamonds are always falling out of the bands bought there. Thats a lot of issues for a wedding band! Scott, your store manager, then took over telling me that the bands I bought can easily have the diamonds dislodged by simply using his finger nail. He tried pulling them out that way-not successful. He then proceeded to show me the diamonds would fall out by dropping the ring from his shoulder height and letting it drop on the counter. He did this in front of me 3 times and then I said please stop throwing my ring. He said I wasnt throwing it I am dropping it. He said he was demonstrating to me how easy these diamonds can fall out. There was not a lost diamond during this demonstration. this made me very upset. Ive never just throw my wedding ring around letting it bounce all over the counter tops. Its my wedding ring for heaven sakes and Scott didnt show me respect either with it. I then asked him how do I know u didnt damage my other ring that was not purchased at Samuels during this demonstration. He said it didnt. Im not a jeweler but I am sure he was crossing the line with his actions and his words. I told him I felt very uncomfortable and was Angry at this point because I didnt want to leave my ring with him. He said then I could just take the ring. There isnt another Samuel Jewler store near me and It needed to be fixed because its very obvious there is a missing diamond. I hated leaving my ring there because if he can do that in front of me I can imagine what hes doing to my wedding ring behind my back. After many sarcastic comments from Scott and his attitude, I said please fix my ring and Ill just have to take it to another jewler to double check it when I get it back because who knows what this Scott is capable of. I then asked him when I could come back to get it and he said "tomorrow" and then corrected himself and said "nope for you it wont be ready until Monday the 15 after 5. We will call you when it is ready." I have bought many items at this store and of course had my wedding ring in there a lot within the last 3 years. I will never purchase there again. I cant believe a store manager can act so hateful. Scott could care less how time consuming this is for me to always be taking my wedding ring in to be fixed. To always hear excuse after excuse as to what is wrong with these rings I bought there. Instead he knows there isnt another place to get it fixed so he acted out and treated me and my wedding ring horrible. I have the right to be angry and upset but in no way did I deserve to be treated this way! I have left an email to have someone call me and am still waiting!!!

I was skeptical when I walked into the store, but after I spent two hours with the manager searching through books and books of exactly what I wanted, I knew I would never go back to a Helzberg, Zales... The manager at Eldridge helped me to find exactly what I wanted, and when he couldnt find it in a book, he had the ring custom made (without extra charge). The service was unbelievable! Plus, when I went back to have my diamond set into the setting he had made (which was Perfect!), I didnt have to wait several weeks. They set the diamond while I shopped.

Disgusting attidude by an african amercan woman with black hair. She gave my children a lecture because they asked to look at the most expensive diamond. This was disgusting, she told them to go play somewhere else and that she was tired of people like them. Theyre 10 and 13 years old and were innocently asking to look at a cool diamond. My kids were not causing a distraction or acting up, they were professionally walking in and looking at diamonds, they were the only people in the store besides the employees might I add. Never shopping here again.

Had a custom necklace made, a really straight forward design. Wore it for 3 hours before it broke. Took it back in and they have now had it for 7 weeks! They also took longer than they were supposed to just to soccer on a clasp (the custom design). You can never get ahold of them when you call and getting someone to help you when you walk into the store is like pulling teeth.

I have shopped at a couple different stores but none compare to Samuels. They are wonderful! They take their time with you to find you exactly what you need and they will give you a great price. I have been loyal to them for a few years now and will go no place else! Above and beyond in customer service.

Scott was great was patient , showed me large variety of rings and styles showed him one i had return and was looking for something similar but i ended up falling in love with something completely different he was awesome !!! Calm not pusy or eager , thanks scott !!!
