I would normally be a little suspicious of online reviews, especially when a merchant gets nothing but 5-star ratings. I have to wonder if the merchant himself is writing all of those glowing reviews. Well, after discovering, researching, and then dealing with Avi and Stephanie at Jay Feder Jewelers I’m compelled to add my own glowing 5-stars! These people make one of the most important purchases in life a truly fun and pleasant experience. Avi Bulow is a real gem (pun intended) in the business. His enthusiasm and expertise are obvious and he has a real knack for focusing on what his clients want, not what he can sell them. I first met Avi to pick out a diamond and I was quite pleased with the beautiful stone that I selected with his help. I wasn’t sure about the ring that my fiancé (now wife) would like so he gladly had it mounted in a simple solitaire setting that I could propose with, then worked with us for several weeks as Deanna focused in on picking exactly the ring she wanted. Avi was incredibly patient and helpful, finally crafting a wax mold of just the ring she had in mind before we committed. We were truly amazed at how quickly her dream ring became a reality!! It’s stunning and exactly what Deanna had in mind. If you’re like me and had never heard of Jay Feder, rest assured that you have found a jeweler that will not disappoint. You won’t find a better value anywhere and they will bend over backwards to make your diamond purchase a decision you won’t regret. I’m not surprised that they’ve been in business for 30 years now with a clientele made up almost entirely of repeat customers and referrals. I now consider them “my jeweler” and can recommend them without hesitation.

Let me start with saying I’m not someone who writes reviews often, and I’m definitely not someone who typically writes glowing reviews but I have to say the service there has been good enough that it’s warranted and all the other positive reviews are definitely earned. As for my personal experience I spent close to 6 months trying to figure out an engagement ring before I came here. I’d been to all the commonly known stores, been through the online searching. I won’t go through all the details, but I reached a point where I know about places that used hand-signals, that “no-commission” really meant they had sales numbers to meet. I’d had both good and bad experiences, but let’s just say I was frustrated and ready to give up on the process, and then I came here. There was no pressure, no rush, no games, and just good service and that too me is what really sets them apart. I worked with Natalie on my engagement ring. You know service is good when they’ll tell you there are things you don’t need to pay for (the exact opposite of up charging you) and even after the sale is complete they still spend time with you teaching you about your diamond, which incidentally I had bought beforehand elsewhere before I knew about them. They don’t make any money off that, but you know what, it’s smart because it creates a loyal customer. As a follow up recently my fiancé and I came in on a whim to look at weddings bands, we didn’t have a reservation so we ended up talking to someone else and we got the same quality of care. My one tip to guys out there is go ahead and try out the other stores first, by the time you come here you’ll understand what I’m saying.

Jay Feder exceeded me and my fiancés expectations! Their customer service has been unmatched! We went to Jay Feder to help us with a nightmarish situation that happened to our Verragio ring at the only other dealer of Verragio where they attempted to solder on a sizer themselves and completely destroyed not only the sizer but damaged the band of the ring itself! Jay feder was amazing, they were in correspondence with Verragio sending them pictures of the ring while we were on the phone with them during our initial interaction. When we drove up to give them the ring that they overnighted at no cost to us the meeting was incredible, it felt as if we were meeting with family rather than walking into a jewelry store. They helped calm our fears about the ring being beyond repair and said that Verragio would repair the ring that Miro Jewelers had damaged for free and there was one employee at Jay Feder who has over 15 years experience working directly with Verragio. Hands down the best customer service experience I have had, if you are interested in Verragio rings PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING TO MIRO and GO TO JAY FEDER!! Dont take the risk of wasting thousands of dollars on a gamble or because they are listed as the premier boutique for Verragio, I wish that we had done a little homework first. My girlfriend and I went to Jay Feder to look at diamonds on the recommendation of her step mother. We had already been several other places including Jared’s and the Shane Co. We also did a lot of research on-line. When we got to the store we were greeted promptly and Natalie helped us begin our journey looking at rings. We must have pulled 20 rings from the case to compare and spent a good two hours before narrowing it down to three and then finally one. When it came time to look at diamonds Natalie was very knowledgeable and also very patient. She worked with us on the four C’s finding what would work best for us. In the end we did get our ring from another jeweler but we came back to Jay Feder for the center diamond. Again Natalie was very patient and showed us several stones, some we had looked at before and several new stones. We were most impressed however by the fact that Natalie had absolutely no problems with us bringing in a ring from another store. To be perfectly honest she complimented us several times on how beautiful the ring was. What was most important to us was the amazing diamond we got and how well we were treated. What was most important to me is how my now fiancé hasn’t taken her eyes off the ring since I slipped it on her finger. We both have highly recommend Jay Feder to all our family and friends, we also recommended they ask for Natalie!

When looking for an engagement ring you will not find a better Jeweler around. After extensive research on diamonds and jewelers in the Denver area, I decided to take a visit to Jay Feder Jewelers. I sat down with Avi and told him what I thought I wanted and my price range. We then looked at numerous diamonds and he taught me things you could not learn without physically looking at diamonds. I know most people will not take as long, but after a least a half dozen 1+ hour visits, I found the perfect loose diamond and the perfect setting. The ring came out better than I ever could have imagined. It exceeded all of my expectations, and my fiancé could not be any happier with it! If I could give any advice it would be to take the time to sit down with them and take everything in. Be open minded and let them help you make the experience the best it can be. The people at Jay Feder, especially Avi, are completely genuine and sincere. They will never pressure you into anything, and they will take the time to make sure you are as happy as can be. It was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life! I will not be going to another jeweler as long as Jay Feder Jewelers is around.
