My wife has a mountain band (Estes Park) and I have a Range Ring (Telluride). The following note was sent to Laurel after she worked to help with with the worst possible situation: worrying about a lost ring. Dear Laurel -- I am really blessed to have done business with Cronin. Your generosity is unexpected, but precisely why I am so grateful to have purchased from you such important artifacts to remind us of our love. I am also blessed since I was able to locate the ring!!! It was in a trash can after my wife and I prepared fondue for a farewell dinner as she heads to Chicago for a week and will return with the sons of our marriage. Short story is to never put a ring on a kitchen countertop, particularly while cooking and preparing meals. And NEVER take the trash out if you have lost something. Yes, I did end up digging through the kitchen trash bag and located the ring. So, while I wont be able to accept your generosity of preferred pricing on a new ring, I think youll agree that this outcome is a much happier one for me and Jenn. We both cherish our mountain memories that we can carry with us daily. Your product is outstanding, and I could not think of a better talisman of the love we share yet today. We had a fantastic experience at Cronins. I had lost the diamond to my grandmothers antique engagement ring. I was heartbroken, and determined to replace it. I thought this would be an expensive but easy thing to do. I was wrong. The ring had had many more repairs than I realized and was thus vulnerable to being damaged during the cleaning and replacement process. Bill and Carrie carefully guided me and my husband through the process, letting us know each risk along the way. Bill brought us into the back room where we could see the ring through his high-precision instruments and understand exactly what was at stake. Although Bill was reluctant to do some of the changes I wanted, because of these risks, he listened carefully and found a way to meet my expectations. Carrie was extremely helpful in showing us a variety of diamond options and explaining the ratings for each one. The ring looks fabulous, in better shape than its probably ever been since I inherited it. I cannot thank Bill and Carrie enough for their patience, clear love of beautiful jewelry, and respect for my wishes while also being honest about the risks of working with antiques.

My original engagement ring was stolen and I had no idea where to go for a replacement. My husband and I are big into the outdoors, so I wanted something that reflected our lifestyle. I randomly googled "mountain engagement ring" and Cronin Jewelers popped up. I browsed the site and immediately fell in love with their products. I sent a quick email and Carrie responded right away. We figured out a design, talked about prices, and she gave me diamond options. We chose to carve the Pikes Peak skyline since my husband and I got married in CO Springs. Carrie was so incredibly accommodating and responsive to my emails. I was only in town for one day, which gave her a relatively small window to complete my ring, but she was confident she could get it done in time. Im so impressed that my gorgeous ring went from an idea to sitting on my finger in less than a month! Im in love with my unique engagement ring! Thank you SO much Carrie and the Cronin crew. My husband and I custom designed our wedding rings at Cronin. I cant even begin to tell you how much we love our rings, and furthermore, how much we enjoyed our experience at Cronin. They were so helpful in allowing us to create the perfect unique ring, and consulting us on the various gems and metals. Carrie was wonderful in helping me to design exactly what I wanted, and Bill and his brother couldnt have been more gracious in letting us be a part of the actual creation from the hard metal to the final product. The design I created for my husband posed some challenges, and Cronin worked hard to create a beautiful ring and remain within our budget. We stop in on a regular bases to get our rings "cleaned," but we really love just going in and saying hi to everyone. Plus, its always fun to look at their new collections from contemporary and modern, to the antique and unique. Weve returned many times for various needs and we are never disappointed. Cronin is wonderful! No matter where I live, Ill always consider Cronin our jewelers.

I had a ring custom made from Bill Cronin 8 years ago. It was the nicest piece of jewelry I owned. Bill remarked that he was really proud of this ring and it was something that I received many complements for over the years. About 2 months ago I lost this ring and of course heartbroken. I decided to have it remade with some minor upgrades. I spent quite a bit of time working with Carrie on the redesign and details. I was very impressed with her suggestions, follow through and keeping me up to date on the process. My husband and I were invited to watch the casting of the platinum which was quite fascinating. The ordeal of replacing my ring was made much less painless by the concern and attention to detail that Bill and Carrie showed during this process. I have lived in Boulder for 40 years and Cronin Jewelers is definitely in my Top 10 of businesses that I would heartily recommend to anyone and that I would give my future business to.

I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Cronin and their wonderful store manager, Carrie. My fiancé and I got engaged in June, and the setting for the engagement ring he initially bought never felt right so we decided to talk to Cronin about creating a custom one. I reached out to Carrie via email and she got back to me within hours with so much helpful information. Upon our first visit to the store, we were impressed not only with the selection and options available to us, but also with the amazing customer service. We picked a custom setting and within four weeks we had a new, absolutely perfect setting that we are very happy with. The process was so easy and the quality was far superior to anything else we found. We look forward to returning to Cronin for our wedding bands and would recommend shopping there for any of our friends looking to find the perfect piece of jewelry.

I used Cronins to design a custom ring for my fianceé and I couldnt have been more pleased with the results. Starting with one of their original designs (of which they have many) I worked with the staff to come up with a sketch of what I wanted. They developed a wax model for me to see and then created a wonderful ring which was exactly what I had in mind! They were very knowledgeable and taught me what I needed to know in order to create a workable design. On a side note, their store is very interesting because only about half of the space is a show room while the other half is their workshop. I liked it because it shows that they obviously take great pride in their workmanship and it clearly shows in the final products! Highly recommended!
