I dropped my Tissot T-Touch watch on 4/6/2011 to get the battery replaced. (mistake #1) The woman told me it would be ready first thing 4/7/ 2011 and she has been doing this for 20+yrs(mistake #2, believing her) She called me up on 4/7/2011 and said it would be ready by 11am on 4/8/2011. I went to pick it up around 2:00pm and they told me to give them 30-45 minutes to get it done. I waited and went back in to get it. I set the time that he so adimantly wanted me to do and the digital clock and analog clock were 31 minutes different than eachother. He told me that it was my fault because I set the time. None of the other features worked the way they were supposed to. I brought this up to the gentleman and he told me to bring it in so "his guy" could fix it. I told him that was unacceptable and I was going to send it to Jareds (what I shouldve done) and he told me he couldnt afford that much. Horrible customer service, amatuer watch repair. Tried to keep my business local, too bad.

I love this place, they have beautiful Jewelry here and they are so friendly! My boyfriend at the time who is now my fiance came here and they helped him pick out a beautiful ring so he could purpose to me on Christmas! They sized my ring to fit me just right and even better it didnt take them long at all! I absolutely LOVE my ring and now my Fiance and I will continue to come here for our Jewelry shopping!! Seriously went on and on about the great deal they gave my husband on an 18k gold ring only to have it TURN MY FINGER GREEN a day after I FINALLY got to wear it. "Sizing" the ring consisted of them squishing it into an oval shape and took almost 2 weeks. NEVER AGAIN!
