I honestly dont think Id shop here if it wasnt for Matt. Hes the only one who has ever truly given me great customer service. Laws have changed and you have to be 18 years of age in order to be in a vape shop. Well, I went in on a Saturday afternoon and yes they were semi-busy (steady) but there were at least 8-10 employees working. Some whom which werent in the middle of helping customers. As I waited on the couch for 5-10 minutes for my juices to be mixed, there was a little girl about the age of 5-7 years old who was not only on the couch while I was waiting for my juice to be mixed but was there for my entire shopping experience. (30 mins aprox). Monday, I go in to get a core, my 6 year old is with me and Im immediately chased out the door and I said "what about the little girl who was on your couch the entire time I was here Saturday?" The response I got was, " it was busy and she must have slipped through the cracks." THEN ...a week later Im buying a new device and a gentleman comes in with his daughter who seemed to be 16 years old give or take but accompanied by an adult and they made her go outside while her dad shopped (I would have left) yet theres a chick with an INFANT on the couch!! So I asked the owner ," so its not okay for her but its okay for the infant to be in here?" And Janel (co-owner) just shrugged her shoulders and had nothing to say. Not to mention that the first device I bought there Janel (co-owner 30% owner) is the one who put my device together and I had major leaking problems with it so I took it back in and had her look at it. She disassembled it, and showed me where "I hadnt put the core in properly " yet she is the one who assembled it for me when I purchased it!!

Read the responses. Ive been here, and 2 of the people that work here I get along with pretty well. Otherwise, no. They are cheap, and havent ripped me off. I just dont like how long it takes to get in and out of here. And Ive never gotten along with the juices Ive bought personally. Ive gotten multiple types, I just cant get anything thats past decent enough. Id recommend this place over Vape Saloon, SS Vape, or 1Ohm in Winchester any day. Ohana beats them by far in customer service, but not price. Edit: I didnt come on here and leave a review to get personal. Work on the professionalism. I do go into the shop regularly to hang out when I need something. I do get along with the 2 of your employees that I talk to regularly. Otherwise I wouldnt come in here for anything other than price. This still doesnt change the situation of when I need to get in and out. The experiences that my "girlfriend" has had is the reason why Im always the one you see. The "deal" on the stolen, but returned to you mod that I got was the same price had I bought it online. Its still being used, and I still like it. The mod that was stolen was a deal that I had gotten from the owner of Ohana when I needed one as well. Im not biased in any way. You have cheaper products, they have better customer service. Its literally that simple. Instead of leaving this kind of response though on the internet for the world to see, Id leave out the drama and just discuss it in person next time. Reviews can be changed. Normally. Good luck with your business.

Pros: Cheap products and have a wide selection of products Cons: If you are new a or looking to start vaping do not go into this shop they are very unfriendly and probably will ignore you when you are walking in and they will sell you items that doesnt fit your needs. If you are in a hurry dont chose this shop, the employees spend most of the time chatting and hanging out and not even greet you when walking in.(side note been in the store when it was just I as a customer with 2 or more employees in the shop , took 10 mins just to get an atomizer) Summary : If you are on a budget and need supplies and know about vaping go to this store if you have the time to spend to wait to be served on. Otherwise go to vape saloon for the friendliness and Ohana Vapors in winchester for the knowledge and friendliness. Also I really hope in the future that the owner changes his employees around because they are the reason most people get turned away from this place otherwise it would be a 5 star place.

I have mixed feelings about this place. My husband loves it and the prices are usually really good. I do have to say, I have NEVER felt welcomed and I dont care for the customer service or personalities which is why I dont usually go in. I dont understand about the Berkeley Co Law for children because there is not one other vape shop in the county that doesnt allow kids...but regardless, it is their business and even if they dont allow children because they just dont like kids...its their call. The last time I was in there I asked about a tank for my new mod (Im relatively new at this and would have preferred my hubbys help...but we had our kid with us) and they recommended the original Cleito. Its a great tank but a crappy choice for my mod and they seemed bothered with having to have a conversation with me at all. Their juice selection is impressive and they have a ton to choose from but I would not waste my money on their house juice. The bottle I got from there tasted like cologne.

NOT TO SAY BAD THINGS ABOUT OTHER SHOPS THAT I HAVE BEEN IN AND I HAVE BEEN IN A LOT OF VAPOR SHOPS WITH IN 3 YEARS OF VAPING BUT HANDS DOWN CJ VAPOR IS SO FAR THE BEST VAPE SHOP AROUND WITH IN 100 MILES OF MARTINSBURG WV. GREAT PRICES GOOD INFO ONE EVERY ITEM OR MOD EVEN IF THEY DO HAVE ONE IN STORE. AS FOR THE PEOPLE WHO OWN AND WORK THERE ARE SO EAGER TO HELP YOU AS SOON AS YOU WALK IN. I GO IN CJ 2 TIMES A MONTH FOR THE LAST 4 MONTHS NOW . EVERY TIME I WALK IN THE DOOR THEY ALWAYS GREET ME LIKE FAMILY OR AS A CLOSE FRIEND. AND IF YOU GO THEIR YOU WILL SEE AS SOME OF MY CLOSE FRIENDS HAVE WHEN I TELL THEM GO TO CJ VAPOR . EVERY ONE THAT I HAVE TOLD TO GO THEIR SAID THE SAME THING AWESOME SHOP. I HOPE IN THE FUTURE PLANS OF CJ VAPOR BUSINESS THAT THEY OPEN A SHOP IN MARTINSBURG OR FALLINWATERS AREA SO I DONT HAVE TO GO FAR FOR MY VAPOR SUPPLIES.

I bought a vapor kit here last week. Literally 3 days later while I was filling it the glass caved in like an egg shell, ( Im not the hulk) so obviously it was very poor quality. My boyfriend tried to return it for me, we still had the receipt. But of course, even though the staff could see that we had just purchased it, we were told no refunds or exchanges. So, hoping this was a one time incident & needing something to vape. My boyfriend took another staff suggestion & came home with another mod for me. It hasnt broken yet! Lol.But its terrible & I am already looking for something new. So a lot of money & time wasted. Dont trust a place that wont at least exchange. It probably means they know the products are junk. The mod was NOT dropped. BTW
