The checkout counters have stacks of paper all over them show the next person nor you can put your stuff down on the counter when I mentioned it they said well we have a lot of paper I would think you could find a better display than the checkout counters counter to stack your paper maybe even next to the checkout counter no charge for the merchandising tip. Very off-putting

Awful store. Took me 15 min to print 2 pages on their equipment and $9 in cost. It makes me think, they slow down their equipment in perpose to charge more money from customers. .. specialized in office equipment store cant allow its equipment to not work fast and properly! Absolutely unprofessional business running and staff. $4 I got back

Some of the workers are very rude and disrespectful.I got yelled at for a fake resson and my mother had to confront the lady at the counter.She went on and on and argued non-stop.We properly will not come back.
