An elderly friend was given an iPhone 6 from his son. There was only one thing wrong with it; Siri didnt work. We tried troubleshooting it and eventually completely restoring the phone and it didnt fix the problem. After reading some local reviews of a new store in Winchester, I sent him over to Experimac to see if they could help. Not only did they not fix the Siri problem, but they damaged the phone further. We are now unable to send or receive any phone calls. I went back to Experimac to find out what they had done and it turns out, they replaced the antennae and lightning charge port. This was NOT what we asked to have done. They told us they would take another look at the phone and give us a call back. 5 days went by and they didnt call us. We called them and they told us they couldnt find the problem. Conclusion: They took advantage of a 76 year old man, replaced parts that were not relevant to the original problem, charged the elderly man for a service he didnt ask for, and didnt fix the problem he came in with OR the problem they created.

I recently went to Experimac to have my battery replaced in my iPhone 6S. Everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful. My battery was replaced in a matter of a couple of hours and I have not had any issues since then. I later found out that Apple had a battery replacement program going on for qualified iPhone 6Ss. Mine qualified and Apple reimbursed me the full amount I paid. Definitely was more convenient to have my batter replaced here in town and an all around better experience than driving miles to the Apple store. Will definitely be going to Experimac again for all my Apple product needs!

I was extremely impressed with the customer service. The two gentlemen that I spoke to were honest regarding my options (including options to use my insurance), knowledgeable about my phone and worked with me on pricing. I did not feel rushed or that I was an inconvenience as I asked several questions. They were able to start working on my phone immediately. I would recommend experimac to anyone who needs assistance with their device.

I was distraught when my very expensive MacBook Pro died. Not only did they recover all of the data from my hard drive, which was completely fried, they also put in a new 1 TB hard drive. Now my MacBook is like it was when it was brand new. Besides the quality of their work, the staff are very polite, friendly and professional. I cant say enough good things about these guys. My visit to Experimac was amazing! I needed my screen fixed on my iPhone 6s and they exceeded all expectations! My phone looks as good as new! The employees were very knowledgeable and friendly! Its such a relief to have a business that is so knowledgeable about Apple products since Winchesters closest Apple Store is hours away! Thanks again guys!!

Highly recommend this place for any repair! Extremely cheap compared to other places/Apple repairs, same day service and great customer service. Had an accidental ordering of the wrong product, most likely from my own miscommunication and they fixed the issue no problem and had the correct part shipped. Good job guys!

My issue was not resolved with them. They said they had never seen anything like it before, like what is this some kind of computer phenomenon. They seem to be rushed and did not really listen and did not offer any help. Oh well, I wont be going back there any more.
