I hate going to this Walmart. I would rather drive to the Spring Mills Walmart or go to Winchester. Everytime I go in to get a prescription filled there is an issue. First time my husband dropped it off and they said it would be ready in an hour. So I go in and they tell me they are working on it and it should only be a few more minutes. I sat there for over 1/2 hour and finally went back up to see what the issue is. Was again told they were working on it and I waited another 1/2 hour until they called me up to tell me they do not have it in stock and will need to order it. Waste of time, I called that night and spoke to a manager who could have cared less. I transferred the prescription to Winchester immediately. I boycotted that Walmart for almost 6 months. This time I asked them to make sure it was in before I left. Said yes and it would be an hour. I went back over 1 1/2 hours later and waited in line for a long time. Was told it was not ready, to wait. Waited again for 10 minutes. Then she called me up to tell me they only have a 3 days supply and that I would have to come back for the rest. Will never EVER go to that pharmacy again.

I bought a new pack of Pediasure Sidekicks Clear from this walmart yesterday for my toddler. When we got home I gave one to him and one to his brother. Neither of them finished their drinks. I then put the drinks in the fridge so that maybe if they were cold it would taste better to them. Still no luck in getting him to drink it. So I tasted it. It tasted absolutely disgusting. After looking at the package, I discover that it expired in October 2014! It is February 2015! And this was the first front facing package in the INFANTS section! I woke up in the middle of the night last night to my small toddler vomiting! This is absolutely unacceptable! The only thing the store manager said was that if I bring the package in they can "take care of it" (meaning a refund).

Last month I tried to get my prescriptions filled at the Walmart in Spring Mills, W.V. The pharmacy manager was very rude to me and the lady she spoke with at my doctors office. I called corporate office not once but twice to complain, and was never given a courtesy return phone call about this situation. I have several friends who have stopped shopping at Walmart for various reasons and I may just be right in line behind them. I have worked in the customer service industry for over two decades and if I had ever treated a customer the way I was treated I would not have had a job... Period.... Shame on you Walmart (Spring Mills)... End of rant!

I would have given this Walmart 5 stars if it were not for the rude management. An early evening shelf stocker was more help and way more knowledgeable about the products than the arrogant, douchebag midget in management that didnt even attempt to go the extra mile to help me. I didnt get the managers name but he is a short, fat little douchebag who stood eye to eye with my 10 year old daughter. Moral of the story.....Find the shelf stocker with a shaved head and goatee who works early evenings if you want any real customer service.

The kid at self check out Aug 23 around 1:30pm was condescending and rude. I was trying to purchase something with no sticker and instead of having someone go get same item with a sticker I had to do it myself. Then he had cancelled my order for no reason he just stood and stared at me and wouldnt help me continue. He was extremely rude. Definitely not the type of person to be working customer service. Maybe he would be a better stocker with no customer interaction. If there is no UPC you call someone to get one.

This Wal-Mart isnt too bad. The main things I dont like about it is the setup of the store and the parking. Theres always a lot of traffic here. Also kinda sucks that theyre no longer open 24 hours. Other than that, the customer service is usually pretty good. The selection between this store and other nearby Wal-Mart stores seems to differ some, which makes it interesting to find particular things youre looking for. Im not sure Ive experienced much different in the various states Ive been to though.

I was raised if ya have nothing good to say .. dont say it. Well Im breaking that rule. I will go out of my way to go to Spring Mills or Charlestown.Management sucks. The employees probably would be nicer if management was better. Yet they are still low on the pole of the decision makers. My father worked there from day one of opening. Glad he took retirement. Oh, and I needed OTC medicine and THANKS SHOP LIFTERS.. THE PLACE WAS CLOSED. Waste of gas n my time.

NEVER GO HERE! I went to this store to buy myself a fishing licence.. soo I walk back to the hunting/camping/fishing department dont see ANYONE and click the help button. Soooo after about 20 minutes of pressing this button I go over to the next Isle and there are 2 Walmart sales associates standing around TALKING! SERVICE SUCKS, PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND EVERYONE SHOULD BE REPLACED BY PEOPLE WHO WILL HMMMM IDK "WORK"!!!!!!

Sat in line at the express checkout lane for over 30 minutes because the cashier was waiting for a CSM to see her blinking light and come to help her with her transaction. The whole building was full, and everyone was frustrated all around. Not sure if the solution is to hire more front line supervisors, or to implement a better system of notifying them of help requests. Avoiding this location when possible.

I like this walmart but this evening I looked online to see when the money service desk closed and couldnt find it so I called and the woman said they closed at 10, so I went in and it was about 9:50 and she told me she already closed everything and I said well I called and was told you all closed at 10 and she laughed and acted very rude and snotty and said idk who told you that but Im closed and walked away.

This is an older Walmart that shows its age. The people that work there are fine for the most part. They no longer are open 24 hours due to all the theft and customer issues and you must drive 7 miles north up I-81 to get to the 24 hour Walmart which also happens to be much nicer. This Walmart has been described as the Ghetto Walmart due to all the visits made by the local law enforcement each week.

The worst Walmart around. Bad experience with the Sports manager. No common sense. The woman in the sports section no better. The manager was no help. Finally I got the district manager and he was very helpful. Theres not enough open registers. If I go to Walmart I head to Spring Mills or Hagerstown. The rating should be below 1.7. Those other ratings are bogus.

Being rude must be a requirement to work here. I shouldnt be stressed when I walk out. When I asked for help I was given eye rolls & quick answers with attitude when asking questions. We left without making a purchase, leaving a cart full of items we wanted to buy. Total different experience at Spring Mills Walmart! Never again will I go to Martinsburg Walmart!
