Its got to be tough to be in a dying business like a game store. The only reason to visit a place like this is to purchase used games, although even those are marked up at a huge margin. Three-year-old games selling at 80% original price is not a very good deal, but you can find bargains. The guys who work here are presumably knowledgeable about new games. The last time I was in to buy a game for my wife, I saw one talking to a 12-year-old boy about new games. For most people who know how to use the internet, this store is completely pointless. Go to ebay, buy games digitally, and visit forums to avoid the trip to a place like this.

Brought my system in I had a 2 year warranty with receipt I was well within my 2 years and I had my game stuck in the system the ps3 showed the "yellow light of death" I asked if they could get my game out the had told me "we dont know its your game" and on top of that didnt want to give me a new system for whatever reason. I would never do business with any gamestop franchise again! the manager was completely disrespectful never again!!

Ive never had a problem with this gamestop and with the one in the mall, they have great service, i return games with no problems, i buy games with no problem, i returned my ps3 3 years ago and the guy was completly fine with it, no hassle and it took a minimum of 10 mimutes i think, so yeah that says a lot!!

The guy who works here is horrible - he kept nagging me about the gamestop rewards system and told me to think about how much money I was losing by not signing up for it. He also didnt understand how to split a transaction and how to put different items on different cards

Great service. Was completing a trade deal with a LOT of items. There was only one staff member working and the attention to me and my trade was juggled accordingly with other people passing through the store. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy.
