Wish I could give them zero stars. Worst experience ever. I needed a new power jack for my laptop so they ordered the part, and ordered the wrong part, ordered another part and installed it. I have now made 5 trips to the store to get the jack replaced and my laptop starts smoking. I pulled the laptop apart and found the jack right above the power supply that goes to the camera is cocked and arching. Another trip to the store and they said they will have to order a new mother board. Called them about a month later and the now claim they never said that and that it is my fault and will not cover the part. Now made 7 trips to the store and my computer is in worse shape than when I took it the first time. I will NEVER use this business again, NEVER, NEVER NEVER again, I have learned my lesson. I should have known after they could not get the part right on the first trip.

I had my laptop screen replaced at Sunnking and it was returned to me with multiple new problems. pieces were broken or missing, the backing behind the screen looked like it had been pried open, etc. I filed a complaint and they were very courteous- asking me to bring it in again to have it repaired. On the second visit, they returned my laptop to me in working condition, but the supposedly new keyboard that they installed as a sorry, was dirty on and underneath the keys. Now, about 8 months later, the laptop screen malfunctioned. I will not take my business here again, and others should be weary as well.

I want to say right off the bat that I did not use their services!! I did however call to ask about getting my phone fixed and they looked up the problem and cost right on the phone for me!! It ended up being more than I wanted to spend and they completely understood. I am just super impressed and happy with how nice and understanding they really were!!!

Glad to see there are still small businesses that provide service/repair solutions to computer/electronic consumers! Sunnking was able to repair my laptop so that I still had an operating computer while I saved up to buy a new one!

Brought my laptop in and it was fixed, on the spot. Brought another laptop with a cracked screen, took less than a week for the part and repair and it came out beautifully. Reasonably priced too. I will definitely return here.

Came back as the gentlemen had said I should if ever a problem came about my computer. They are not even open at all? A friend of mine has the same issue... I cant drive far and told them that.. very disappointed

By far the best service I have had in NY. They where fast, removed all problems with my laptop and it wasnt nearly as expensive as the other guy. Thanks guys
