I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS GAMESTOP LOCATION EVER AGAIN! THE STORE MANAGER KEITH IS THE MOST RUDE DISRESPECTFUL PERSON I HAVE EVER MEET! THEIR EMPLOYEE KYLE WAS JUST AS DISRESPECTFUL & RUDE AS THE STORE MANGER! BEING TOLD AFTER A WEEK OF WAITING FOR A GAME FROM ANOTHER TO ARRIVE I WAS TOLD HE WOULD LOOK INTO IT IF HE HAD TIME BECAUSE HE HAD OTHER THINGS TO DO.THIS GAME WAS SHIPPED FROM THE OSWEGO STORE & SHOWS BEING DELIVERED ON JUNE,8TH 2015 YET THE MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION DOESNT SEEM TO WANNA BE BOTHERED IN FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH FINDING OUT WHERE THE GAME IS.IM BECOMING VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE GAMESTOP STORES IN MY AREA & WILL BE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER GAMING STORE AS GAMESTOP DOESNT HAVE THE BEST INTEREST IN HELPING THEIR CUSTOMERS.

of course they are a business to make a profit, so they take a good cut from any trade or sale, but a decent place to buy, sell and trade systems and games if you want to pay-to-play by buying, playing, then trading/selling in for the next game. good selection for most mainstream stuff and a few fun relics from the past (old systems and games)

This particular store may be small but Ive never had any problems here. The employees were always helpful and nice and some even joked around with us! Ive even had one of them come up to us as soon as we opened the door and offered to help us look around the store and get anything we need.
