I sent my pro 97 hand held scanner the first of Aug.2014 and after 5 or 6 calls wondering when my scanner will be repaired the guy keeped blowing me off. Its now Jan. 3rd 2015 and still nothing! Please think twice if you send your scanner to this guy for a repair. you may never see it again....After 6mo. was told he could not fix it with the parts he didnt have or could not get so i asked for him to send it back. I will let you know if i get it back. I will update...jb Up date: G&G did send back my scanner not working, i hope you have better luck...jb

I have never been more pleased with a customer service experience related to radio repair since the hobby began for me in the early 80s. Fast, dedicated, reasonably priced! And two day turn around from repair to my mailbox!

Gerry is great. This is where we purchase all of our scanners and take them for service. Its the only place to go if youre in Genesee County and need scanners for the Phase II system.
