I initially went to Foot Locker to pick up a pair of shoes they advertised online. I walked in and no one acknowledged my existence. After going out of my way to track down an associate the dippy young sales associate immediately dismissed my request by stating "we dont sell those kinds of shoes." After I pointed to them on THEIR website she was at a loss. She then ignored me and started talking to someone else. I left the store and walked over to FINISH LINE just across the way. Let me just say COMPLETELY different experience. When you walk in, ask for Jonathan. VERY helpful young man. I asked him the same question and immediately he walked me over to where the shoes were. He got me my size and helped me out in picking out some running socks he highly recommended. The young lady (her name is escaping me at the moment...sorry) at the cash register was very sweet and very helpful. I will never walk into another Foot Locker ever again and will use only Finish Line.

A few weeks back, a staff member recommended a cleaning product for our sons new white shoes which were purchased at Finish Line. After 1 use of the product, the shoes were frayed. During our visit, an employee suggested to my son to contact the shoe company. Thankfully Erik, Assistant Manager, went above and beyond to make certain we were satisfied customers. He understood my sons frustration and offered a store credit for the product and assisted us in ordering new shoes at no additional cost. Erik accommodated us in a professional and generous manner. Finish Line should be proud of the excellent customer service he provides their customers.

the place wasnt even that crowded or busy to be ignored by the whole staff. Seems like the staff is more concerned with socializing and goofing off. they would get a shoe size for me then ignore me. I asked someone else for a larger size shoe and they said "we dont have it," and left it at that. I had to once again go track the guy down to ask if he could find out if another store had it. He didnt even offer me to look at other shoes. Whenever I asked questions i had to track them down. They were no help at all, very useless and lazy staff

I walked in here on a Monday afternoon. I saw two employees come from the back laughing and going on. I made eye contact with a young woman. She said nothing to me and not even a smile. She didnt greet me or asked if I needed help with anything. I came across a guy and he said nothing to me. I went in there for a specific shoe and after walking the entire store and not being greeted by any of the three employees I left and took my business elsewhere. First impressions are everything and Ill never go back in there.

Rude and immature staff. The guy who helped us had superiority complex.. get over yourself youre just selling shoes. The "manager" working there was in no kind of finish line wear or could not be identified as one. Was also the rudest of them all. If youre going there to get information about shoes I would suggest Google because all they are going to do is make you feel stupid.

The most unpleasant experience. I left on my lunch break to pick up shoes they said they separated so I can be in and out. I drove in traffic and when I got there the lady is smiling and telling me they dont have them. I have never felt so mistreated or misinformed. There is zero respect of the customers time. I refuse to ever spend a single cent at this location.

Rude manager and employees, called to reserve a shoe and told yes over the phone, yet when we went in person they were sold. I wouldnt have given such a bad review if it wasnt for the shear disrespect given to me by the manager and absolutely no attempt on his part to remedy the situation.

They have a decent selection of womens shoes but it could be better. Not many clothes for sale. Seems like mostly kids or mens shoes. They charge sticker price but have sales sometimes.

Completely absent minded to value of costumer service. The only reason they have any business is because theyre isnt a foot locker. Doesnt even deserve one star.
