I see nothing but positive feedback on our store because we do ALL WE CAN DO! @cindy tijerina 1: I was on clock in my store, and am prohibited from leaving, let alone chasing someone who we catch stealing, so what makes you think Im going to go tell a panhandler he has to leave? 2: it is public property, therefore, I can not tell anyone to do anything, unless theyre on our side walk or in our store and harassing our customers. Property management got rid of security, and last I remember, only property management has the authority to ban people from the lot, unless security is around, or you call the authority. So maybe you should complain to property management and not the store employees that have no say in whats going on out on the lot. 3: shame on you for worrying about yourself and your family by asking store employees that you dont even know to step outside and do something about it, for all we know, they couldve had a weapon on them and came at us, you wouldve went home safe while the employees that you accused of "not caring" could end up seriously injured. Im not superman you know. Seems pretty selfish. P.S. Its Shoe Department, so youve been accusing the wrong store of your problems!

Horrible experience!! The staff does not care about the safety of its shoppers! While walking through the parking lot with my daughter i was approached by 3 different creepy men asking to clean my car. When I told the staff in the store that these men were harassing women in the parking lot they said "oh yea, its fine. We know them". The staff was 4 men including the manager. They obviously didnt care that women didnt feel safe walking through the parking lot to their store. So I have made it a point to tell all my friends and family to spread the word of not shopping at this location!! If they are ok with these men accosting women shoppers in the parking lot then they should hire them in the store. They wont because these men/pan handlers are obviously junkies trying to get a few bucks off of innocent people walking through the parking lot!! Shame on you shoe depot!!
