WOW! Arrogant and rude! I went into this store today to get a new pair of "cheap boots", the rep I talked to (didnt get a name) told me WalMart sells cheap boots! Ive been buying Red Wings boots for years, I know what to expect from their prices, but this guy was completely out of line! Wont bother with this store anymore, the other locations are further away but have never treated me like that!

Had a good talk with the owner of this store. It was a great experience getting a pair of work boots. I wanted to find out why a few of the guys that work with me were having issues, and found out about these reviews. Guys, come see me and bring your supervisor, and your entire team on Monday. We will be going over the company policy for social publishing.

Great group of people that work here. I had a problem with a pair of boots I had that were leaking through, and I went into the store to exchange then. I had no issues with them. I gave them my old boots and got new ones in minutes. I recommend shopping here for your next set of work boots.

My "go to" Red Wing store. The owner is very knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile for his customers. I usually buy my boots from him or Patrick, who also is a good salesman. Great store setup, along with top notch service, what more can you ask for? Keep up the good work guys.

Went on morning of 8-3-16. Didnt get name, but got very good customer service. Nice to see that these day. Also just wanted to say that I was also offered a size smaller boot and apparently he knew what he was talking about because that shoe style came bigger.

Worst experience ever, arrogant sales person was no help and I was the only person in the store. I was looking for size 14 and I was asked to try on a 13 for comfort because he had no 14s. Do you expect me to find comfort in a size smaller boot?

Horrible customer service. Went in to look for a different style of shoe and the salesperson made a rude comment about having different styles at different stores and he couldnt help us. Will never come to this location ever again.
