Corprate If you are wondering why this store sales numbers are down this year... I know who to blame. The staff. They were out of control screaming and singing in a circle, dancing around. Only 2 out of the 8 staff were working- the rest were not helping customers. They were also standing right in front of their small door so no body could come in. The christmas shoppers were lucky they couldnt go into journeys. The store needs a new manager or journeys needs a new business plan. The staff was so unprofessional- its a shame at such a great mall.

THIEFS. One of the store associates stole $300 from me that I left on the counter for 5 minutes. Some girl named AD. Yeah I wouldnt go in there at all, unless you want money stolen.
