We had a great experience I told the guys how much I really wanted a certain pair of boots and they were kind enough to hold them for me..great customer service and there were two young men who helped us I beleive their names were Conrad and Colby those guys need a raise!!!!fantastic I will definetly be back!!and they even helped me try on the boots and took the shoe laces out and I just felt very well taken care of here!

Spent about 2 hrs trying on different steel toe boots. These guys worked with me very patiently. I would highly recommend giving these guys a try when you need work boots. We joked around and all of them gave every customer their undivided attention. Besides walking out with a great pair of American made work boots, you also leave knowing there is a place that still goes above and beyond customer service!

Great customer service, these guys here helped me in getting the right boots for me. Didnt push a sale on me. I had bought a pair of boots and had them dyed, normal trun around they said 3 to 5 days. They called me 24 hours later and told me my boots were ready. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

This place is awesome. I have had nothing but top rate service here at this location for years, called cause boots lost water proofing told to come in and upon arrival without a question boots were replaced. Great place for work boots that will last forever and a day

They keep my size in stock 15W, cant complain. Shoes fall apart 1 month after 6 month warranty ends, not a store issue, just quality. Been told Im "hard" on my boots (construction work).
