I have a like/hate relationship with my closest Walmart. Ive tried to get my groceries elsewhere &I always end up going back to Walmart. The difference in prices adds up & I feel irresponsible going elsewhere. I also LOVE the Walmart pay/Savings Catcher option, but thats really about their app (Ive gotten back over $46 just since Jan 2017) MOST of the cashiers and CSRs are friendly & go out of their way to help. When my milk was leaking through the aisles, I had 3 different employees come to my aid. Now the "hate": Using the app I can easily go back over my purchases including a photo of each item. However, its shown me that Ive had a number of items double scan, charging me twice for something I bought once. After paying attention for a few months I noticed this is happening EVERY time I have a decent sized shopping trip. After realizing that Ive been overcharged $36.98 since MARCH, I decided to ask customer service whats up. She was very helpful & I didnt expect her to refund me for old transactions. She did tell me that in the future I should pay close attention & if I return within 7 days, they will fix it & refund. Thats nice to know because apparently Ill need it & so will you. She tells me this has become such a huge problem that she has at least 4 complaints a day, & its been happening ever since they got some new equipment. I dont believe the cashiers are doing it on purpose. Ive seen items get "scanned" again way down the list long after the one original item has been bagged, which tells me it is definitely a glitch & nothing nefarious is going on. But it still costs me &likely many of you, so its worth mentioning. The biggest issue and reason for 2 star deduction: The night employees, including supervisors, are too often completely ignorant of Walmarts return policy. Specifically, regarding returns of less than $25 without a receipt. Their site clearly states that any return of less than $25 without a receipt (ID verification needed for obvious reasons) allows the customer a choice of either a gift card or cash. The day time employees are so well aware of the policy they often just automatically refund cash. My experience regarding small returns with the night team has been an entirely different affair. So Im clear, I am NOT a "serial returner". In fact there are safeguards set rightly in place to limit returns without a receipt in a gracious window of time. As I said, I now religiously use the app and always have a record of receipts. So perhaps in the past 8 months the night employees have been re-educated. Yet this happened often enough I still feel anger over it & need to address it. Over the past 5 years I have had a very negative experience with the night shift when attempting a return. Work hours allow me to shop late at night when the store is fairly empty, & Im sure I dont have to list the many number of reasons someone might prefer cash to a gift card that do NOT include being a fiending dope addict trying to scrape together cash for the next fix. But that is exactly what I overheard the employees accusing me of, including whispering supervisors...& more than once! The worst incident involved a supervisor named "Sabrina". After she told me that cash without a receipt has never & would never be the policy, when I offered to show them on my phone the big bold words right on the search page detailing the policy, I was told she had the right to refuse me service for any reason & to keep my "attitude in check". After 45 minutes of the most unprofessional behavior Ive ever witnessed she begrudgingly refunded me my windfall of $11.88. Sabrina was the most alarming, but the night crew needs accurate info on both their Return Policy AND how to behave towards & in the presence of customers.

Bought a movie from the 5 dollar bin. After taking it home and opening it there was a defect in the movie and it couldnt be watched. When returning the movie Walmart said that they would exchange it, the problem was that there werent any more in stock. So the store rudely said there is nothing they are willing to do and refused to give our money back, and said that we could try searching all other stores In The area to see if they can find one to exchange. Basically this store ripped us off selling us a defective movie and refused make it right. Dont buy movies from this store!!!!

I used the site-to-store pickup service at this store and it is the WORST. The first time they essentially lost my order in the store and I had to come back a second time so they could track it down. This time, I have been sitting here for 15 minutes now, pressed the help button THREE times, had 4-5 employees walk by me without acknowledging me. I finally asked if anyone was working back here and was told "electronics is responsible" he then went and told the electronics employee who said "just a minute" yet here I still am waiting to pick up my item.

I was at your store about 4pm today and one of your employees Roger was so helpful. He helped me with my handicapped Mother. He saw we needed a hand and went and got a motorized cart , put her o2 tank in the cart , but thats not all ...this very special employee also assisted us in getting her back in the vehicle . Hats off to you Roger , Walmart definitely needs more people like you . The best customer service ever ! :)

This is the worst store I have ever been in. It is the worst of the worst Wal-Mart stores I have ever been in. Wal Mart is a blight on the United States and all they do is make small businesses go out of business. I am through with them and will pay more for better service. If I cannot buy what I need somewhere else, I will do without.

This is the Wal Mart of choice (for me anyway). Its much cleaner, more organized, and neater than the other Wal-Marts in the area. Its easier to get in and out of also which is a big plus if youve ever tried to get in and out of the one on Pleasant Valley...

Every customer service associate I have encountered at this Walmart is rude. While the store is clean and has a very good selection, the CSAS absolutely detest helping a customer in any manner and it shows with their attitudes and condescending responses.

Always clean and well stocked. The pharmacy is busy but theyre still fast and friendly. They do need to open 1 -2 more registers at busy times though and watch their clerks. A couple of them are slow as molasses and youll be in their line forever.

Has a wider range of choices of product the downside being there arent many people who work there who can help you if youre lost or looking for something in the ones who are there dont have very good attitudes except for the cashiers.
