Although the store is nice and not too crowded, here is my most recent experience - 1) I bought several items, one of which was a new bath towel which of course was not put in my bag and I had to go 10 miles back the next day. I did call and inquire if it was there and they said yes and I could come pick it up. 2) I went up to get it and got some Keurig coffee pods (one box). Before I left I thought my amt was rather high and I had been charged for two boxes so I went to customer service and when she was not talking to her friend, helped by taking it off. 3) On the second trip, I also bought an inexpensive set of tableware to use outside, it was sealed and was to have 12 pieces in it. Naturally, there were only 11 (3 knives), Will try and have food that does not need to be cut as there is no way I am driving again to Target

Im a reluctant fan of Target. They bring Ikea to the masses, to some degree, but it often seems like sheepskin for Wal Mart. Target is like McDonalds in that they are ubiquitous, but they offer style and grace that Sam Walton and Ray Croc never intended. Electronics without going to Best Buy (aka hell) and groceries in the same shopping trip as clothes is convenient, but is it too convenient? Did 10 mom and pop shops close so that Target could raise its heavy head here? Probably. Also, I find every other target Ive ever been in to be about half the size of this one, which makes it a lot like Wal Mart. Target, focus on being a conscientious alternative, and less on being a warehouse, please.

So I went to get a Starbucks coffee this morning. When I went into the location I noticed the chairs are up. I waited for a few minutes and someone came from the back of the room . The first thing out of her mouth was "we are closed". I then said then I guess online is incorrect as it says you guys will be open right now. Then she went ahead and said no somebody was hurt and had to go to the hospital. The point is instead of being very rude uo front she shouldve explained what was going on. Then I asked for a manager and of course the person I was working with or talking to was the manager of the store.

This is a typical Target, with a generally good selection of products. I am not a fan of the location, which is out of the way and inconvenient to many of us living closer into town. But the shelves stay stocked, and the facility is clean. You have to know where to look to find the store itself, but there is usually plenty of parking. This location (as many are starting to do) has self-service kiosks, which I really think diminishes the feel of personal service. It may be faster sometimes, but it means they let the lines at the "real" registers back up longer than they used to.

Despite its faults, its usually better than Wally-World. The personnel are generally nicer, the store is still cleaner, & its generally a quiet experience. The weakest area is Food Court: Either the popcorn machine is broken or the popcorn is burnt. Rarely do I walk up to the counter to see staff there. The Icee machine usually has 2 flavors (they have 6 spouts) ready to dispense. The Starbucks there is decent & does a brisk business.

Target cellphone department customer service are ridiculous,they never present in their department and never give response of my call.I went there couple of time but never found any customer service there.

A typical example of a well run Target. A bit higher prices than walmart but so much nicer products and general experience. Target brand foods and items are all good quality.
