Ive tried and tried to give them multiple chances, but its just not cutting it...The pharmacy didnt give me the chance to ask questions, threw my coupons that printed in the trash, and didnt know how to use my insurance. When I complained, they told me it was a training issue. Ive had really rude customer service in the past when Ive asked questions about my receipt or when I returned an item. Today, we pushed the press for assistance button in electronics, two associates walked by the aisle and ignored us, even when we asked for help. We pushed the button multiple times, which said in a automated voice, "Someone will be with you shortly". No one came and after 20 minutes of waiting, we left.

shes a terrible store manager, and ive watched many customers get annoyed with her and walk away because she just doesnt care. she writes employees up for false reasons, and then fires them. she doesnt stand behind her employees at all, an LP guy who caught so many people got canned because he caught someone stealing cosmetics and they were too small to see on camera so they girl cried because she said they were doing it because she was "black". this guy has caught everyone! Don was a better manager, it was sad to see him and his sales coach mike leave! but they both deserve better than that place!

Well stocked, but boring. You just want to get in and get out, this place isnt really busy and the staff are there for help but dont go out there way to greet you or even make a smile towards you. But in conclusion, the store is well stocked, youll find what you need, just dont come looking for a super friendly staff but theyre always there to help you.

I had a bad moment at this store they are closing . but the employees treat you like shxt me and my husband had that experience. it was a black lady I dont know whats wrong with her but if she mad because they are clothing the store . and she wont have a job nomore thats not my problem. she definitely need to get her big ass and quit now

this store shows why Kmart is going under. half stocked shelves, everything in disarray and customer service even worse than walmart. took almost 25 minutes to go through checkout because of gross incompetence of all checkout help.

Ha ha, Kmart doesnt like truck drivers parking in there parking lot and tells them they have to leave. Well good, glad to see they are going out of business. Looks like my truck out lasted your business.

The lady in the customer service booth is rude and condescending. The store is cluttered, dirty, and the employees look like they hate their jobs. Dont go here unless you absolutely have to.

Went in to buy some plants which were marked down and the manager would not honor the posted discount on the sign out front. Store was dirty, hot and lines were miles long, dont go!

Even with a going out of business sale, the prices are more expensive than the normal prices at Target or Amazon. Come on Kmart, be better.

NEVER enough registers opened when it gets busy. Cashiers are slow. Aisles and displays cluttered, store doesnt seem to look clean.
