THIS STORE IS A GARBAGE! The owner is a cruck and a layer! He is so nice with you before you put the deposit for the furniture. As soon as he gets it he changes. Doesnt deliver on time (it took about a month and half to deliver the sofa bed although he promised to deliver in 2 weeks), sends wrong item ( sent different color of the sofa) and after demanding to exchange or return the money refers to the recite what says NO EXCHANGE OR RETURN of the item and deposit. So, you should be very very careful before putting the deposit with this guy, DON"T make the mistake which I made not checking the recite and not getting into the details before leaving the store. Very very BAD EXPERIENCE with this guy. Will NEVER AGAIN BUY SOMETHING in this GARBAGE STORE and wouldnt recommend someone to buy there.

Well, this the worst furniture store. Please dont buy any product from them. Their customer service is very bad.The person named Joe is completely a rude person. I ordered a bed frame , they told me they will delivered it within 2 business days but its almost 4 weeks and still I didnt get my bed. When I called them to know the update they were rude and dont wanna listen to me . Its just like a trap, if you enter their u cant come out from them , I told them I cant wait this long time , I need my bed then show me their invoice where written, no deposit back, no refund ,no exchange, delivery can take up to 10 weeks, bla bla bla... So they know what they will face, so everything they did...please everyone Be carefully, dont waste your money & time .Their product, service is garbage... .

Worst customer service ever. I have never been cursed at by a business owner before. All because he wouldnt honor the warranty on a mattress he promised. Gave me the run around, tried to kick me out of the store. Threatened to call the cops. If you are smart you would avoid Joe and his crooked business

This guys furniture is garbage. I really dont recommned this store i bought a closet from this store and it didnt even last 2 months. they always lie they say there gonna fix the furniture and they never come. I hate this place no one should waste there money on a piece of garbage.

bad customer service and rude ! I bought a living room set and they said it si going to be 2 weeks then it took them over 5 weeks to deliver it. Once these guys especially the guy named Joe take your money you can wait ! Most likely they will not deliver on time!

best service and best price i ordered a love-seat recliner last week gave me crazy low price nobody was able to beet it and was told minimum 1 week for delivery i got call today from owner that they surprising me 1 day before with delivery thanks

The worst service ever, they can even tell you the day and time the delivery will be made, no professionality. they only wants your money, and if something goes wrong they dont care, no refunds, no help. PEOPLE DONT BUY NOTHING FROM THOSE GUYS!!!
