I love Belk but not this one. The associates are unhelpful at best and bordering very rude. That is when you can find someone that works there. I was almost over charged $70 and it took forever to correct it. After the clerk repeatedly called the department I went and picked up the sign myself and brought it back to her. I had a difficult time finding my size in clothing. The Chaps clothing I was looking at was in multiple places in the store. They didnt have the sizes listed in luggage and I had to opt for smaller suitcases.Dressing rooms are a complete mess. The worst part is most definitely finding and talking to the sales clerks.

This is a store where the employees dont really spend much time working with the customers, but are either running registers or not out in the open at all. I made a purchase a couple of weeks ago and unlike other Belk stores they ask to view picture id for credit card purchases. Like the Belk corpoate leadership says, this store is almost entirely womens and modern. There isnt a great deal of selection, and what they have in stock you cant find.

Ive shopped at the Triangle mall store since it opened and can recall only one annoying incident. It may not have all the merchanduse youll find at Crabtree, but for me its a convenient location to take advantage of all Belks great sales. Love it!
