Sears is by far the WORST department store and tire center that Ive ever shopped at. Ive been trying for a MONTH now to have someone other than a store manager to call me back, due to the manager saying and I quote"I dont care" end quote!!! So Ive been on the phone with customer service/ complaint center for almost a month now (the 14th will be a month) and NO ONE I MEAN NO ONE WILL CALL ME BACK!!!! I do not understand a company thats closing stores left and right WHY they wouldnt want to keep the customers they still have, well did have in this case!!! I will NEVER EVER EVER SHOP AT ANOTHER SEARS OR KMART FOR THAT FACT! They do NOT care about keeping customers they just want your money and leave you in the dust!!! I have no respect for this company and the people that run it!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I came in needing something and requested to pay with PayPal (I was broke lol). The guy in the tool department didnt know how to do it but we worked on it and got it done. Saved me big time, Im glad he didnt just say no and walk away cause he had every right to. He found all the items on the kiosk for me and put it all together. All I had to do was the PayPal end. I was stopped on the short trip to the pick up area and another sales guy even helped me pick up the stuff on the pick up kiosk. They seem like good people, and willing to help.

The most horrible customer service ever. I was trying to return or exchange 2 pairs of shoes that were purchased in the holiday season. I was 3 days past the date and they wouldnt even let me exchange for a different size. Now Im stuck with 2 pairs of shoes that wont fit at all! Every other store at lets me exchange or return at a lesser amount. NEVER AGAIN SEARS!!!!! You are an embarrassment to American Customer Service from a 30 year member of your rewards club!

Starting tech school, the school discount is 5% and theres a coupon that the staff did not mention when we bought our tool set for 50% off. The staff should make the customers aware of coupons offering, I couldve saved $200. Thank you for putting the customer first! Not.

Not a good experience here on line it said what i needed was at this store drove more then 35 miles to find out it wasnt and if they order it which would be about a week to get was more so not sure what to tell ya cause even had to hunt down the guy (Jim)
