Took my Cockapoo puppy to the store for her first puppy cut. I just picked her up 20 minutes ago and she looks like a child attacked her with scissors! Hair is anywhere from "to the skin" to the 2 inches it was when i dropped her off. Now I understand why they would not bring the dog out until after I paid. After getting her back i asked why someone missed cutting over 1/2 the dog in random spots? They said the other dog was bothering her while she was being cut?? If i knew this is how she would look i would have just gave my 5 year old scissors and let her cut the dog, i am positive she would have done a better job. And not charge me 62.00 to trim a 5 lb puppy!!!!!! Upon leaving i told the grooming salon I wasnt happy and i was calling corporate.. They said you can do what you have to.. Only after i called corporate did i learn about the 100% guarantee . The store Never mentioning the policy 100 satisfaction... I will never return to petsmart for any reason for the job the 1/2 did the way i was treated and their basic unconcern about the problem.

Pet store. Fish department. No goldfish. Were not talking about a one time incident, were talking about no goldfish for weeks at a time. Wilkes-Barre has them each time that Hazleton "cannot get" goldfish, it is a hassle to drive to Wilkes-Barre when the local store SHOULD regularly stock such a common fish. Am I making a big deal out of nothing? I think not. Without feeder goldfish added to my pond, the frogs eat my larger fish. A regular biweekly supply of goldfish is critical to save the lives of my older and more established pond fish.

I bought a cage got it home and didnt realize there was a,30% off coupon. I called and the manager Cara explained I need to sign up online at Petsmart. She explained how to do it. To come in the next day for a store credit. She was very nice about it. I was very happy with the time she took to help me. It was the Hazleton store. I would shop there for all my pet needs again.
