So I went into pets mart with my 1 year old son. One of his new words this week was fish so we wanted to reward him of a fish he had gotten a fish tank for Christmas so we decided to go and get him one. While in pets mart one of the workers came up and asked if we needed help I said yes I would like to get these two fish (the tiny glow ones) my son had pointed out. She asked what size tank we had I said a nice size with a filter and is heated (I kind of did hand motions to show her how big the tank was) She said that she will not sell me those fish and that we could only buy a beta fish (the tank we have is not a beta tank.) I was so confused and said I do not like beta fish first of all they are not friendly and second of all you can only get one. She then said she would sell me two feeder tiny gold fish. She refused to sell me anything else. I was so upset with this I took the two feeder gold fish. Well needless to say she did not do her job and sell me anything my husband actually wanted to walk out but our son kept saying fish. The two gold fish now have a nice warm cozy home with a lot more space and will have a wonderful life. I will never go back there to get anything for my dog nor new fish. Thank you!

used to bring my dogs here for grooming years ago, Alan always did a great job on my dogs, I moved to Florida a few years ago and I moved back to the area a few months ago. Took the dogs there today and the quality of workmanship has gone down hill. Let me note Alan was not the groomer this time, I wish he was he is a perfectionist when it comes to his job. my dogs were not done the way they were supposed to be. I will not take them there anymore. If you do use PetSmart request Alan. Also there is a surcharge for weekend appointments, so after paying more and not being done correctly iI am frustrated.

Unbelievable. There are at least three other PetSmarts in the area I can think of. Each has a horrible fish setup. I just walked in this one for the first time and honestly thought I was in another store. It is a beautiful layout. Very clean. The fish all look healthy. Excellent lighting. And a larger variety. Kudos, PetSmart of Pulaski Highway in White Marsh. Youre doing it right.
