This place is my local petsmart and I USED to go here all the time. I will now never be shopping from here again. The reason is because I had to return my angel fish that had died. This was the second angel I had gotten in the span of less than a week. I brought the old fishes receipt and the new fishes receipt just in case. When I was finally assisted after 30 minutes of waiting, they looked at both receipts and said to me "the next time you buy fish from here youll have to bring a water sample." This shocked me because after the second fish died I had checked my water quality and it was fine and all of my other fish were acting the same as they always did. They did give me a refund. But its safe to say I will be shopping at petco from now on. Its upsetting they they would blame the death of a fish on me and my water quality even though its their fish that were sick. When I was in there waiting I noticed a angel fish similar to the one I was returning and it had cuts at the base of the tail right before the tail fins start. The way my first fish died was he killed himself in my filter by swimming up to it and siting there. I had pulled him away from it but it was already to late. Im absolutely appalled.

We have taken our Puppy twice to get his nails clipped. The first time they barely clipped them. The second time he is 4 months. The same tech left his nails ragged and worse than they were. We were warned about the Dundalk Petsmart grooming but it was convenient. Our puppies nails are cracked to the quick. Make the drive to Pulaski highway...its worth it. We just got his nails done in Dundalk and are taking him to Pulaski Highway to fix them if even possible. Im broken hearted our puppy is getting stuck on everything worse than before. Hire competent people or close the grooming salon.

I bought a new guinea pig from here yesterday. She has a respiratory infection and is quite ill. Shes been sneezing and not moving around very much at all. Before I even got her home she was sick so, I feel like they should have the animals checked while in the cages at the store but, they offer free exams to animals bought within fourteen days so no problem towards that. Employees are very nice and intelligent, I have had problems with some in the past though with animal care because, she threw my poor little hamster into the box from a big height.

i brought my pomeranian here for the first time yesterday for a grooming and deshedding treatment. the staff was VERY helpful. the outcome was JUST as they promised! AMAZING results. my dog was so happy the entire time. i also asked for her nails painted and when they realized her fur covered her nails the groomer walked me to the register to give me the money back. I already booked my dogs next appointment while I was waiting.

Did anyone have any problems with pictures taken and sent to yr email for the easter bunnie done on Saturday. After a couple of days later, I only got two. I am missing the most important one for my brother whos dog name is Mr. Bam (Military Service,Service Dog). I sent several emails in hoping we will get Mr. Bam s Pictures. So far no luck, they seemed to have lost his picture

I love petsmart Ive purchased animals here a lot and there always very healthy and the staff have never given me any trouble I actually just a few weeks ago purchased a Siberian hamster witch I love shes so sweet I also along with the hamster purchased some coi fish two of them and there very healthy as well so yeah and Id definitely recommend petsmart over pet co

Does not carry a wide selection for mastiffs and almost no toys for power chewers other then Kong which my dog can destroy in and hr. They also hardly keep my dog food in stock which is nutro for large breed dogs. The only reason why I gave it a 3 it is across the street from my house.

Birds dont come with clipped wings anymore. The lady who was originally going to help us with parakeets (before we went to Petco) had no idea what she was talking about and gave us false information. Only coming here now for toys, perch covers, treats, and food.

Everything you expect from Petsmart. This location does have grooming and training. Nothing exceptional but the staff is always very friendly. The store looks clean and I can find what I need no issues.
