Purchased a Cub Cadet self-propelled mower from this particular location. The mower I purchased was out of stock, so I was given a raincheck with the sale price for that time and told I would be contacted when the mower was again in stock. After receiving the call to come in about a week later, I stopped by on my way home from work thinking the task would be quick and easy. I was wrong. I proceeded through the store to the pickup desk. After waiting several minutes and looking for a button to push for assistance (there was none to be found), I ventured back to the front of the store to enter one of the checkout lines. After burning even more time waiting in the checkout line, I told the employee I was there with a raincheck and wanted to pickup my mower. I was directed back to the desk I was previously at. I informed him that I had already waited there and had just went through his line. He attempted to bring up my order, but he and the other cashier could not figure out the system. The boy kept messing up my personal information, placing my first name into the last name field, etc. I wish I had just went back to the original pickup desk, because now there was someone there, and my cashier had given up on locating my order. I went back to the desk again and waited to be helped. I finally received my mower and was ready to checkout after waiting through a checkout line again. Although my raincheck clearly showed the price I was to be charged was $279.99, the cashier incorrectly rung up the purchase, and I had to correct him. This place only gets 2 stars because of how nice the employee who retrieved my mower was.

The customer service is very poor...when I eventually found an employee he couldnt answer questions about the product and rather than offering to find someone who could he just shrugged his shoulders and said "sorry"....stood 4th in a line of 10 people...cashier never acknowledged me and handed me my receipt with her back turned...usually out of the feed I am looking for. Sticking with Loveville Leather from now on!!!

I bought a pair of work boots and a went to my vehicle and I put the boots on and get back to the store to continue looking around and one guy from the store stop me so mad like "where is the ticket" he said show me the ticket just because Im not american? Thats stuped I paid for it and I can paid him a pair if I want I feel so bad for the store I hope never come back

It was great! I was wearing a Washington Nationals t-shirt and the cashier greeted with an smile and a conversation about the game last night! What a pleasant surprise! The store was clean and organized. Michaela was the name of the cashier. Loved it

No body was around when I needed help. I asked a cashier and she just pointed to me where to go. Ive never been in there before so I didnt no where she was pointing. It just seemed like they didnt care.

The sraff was very helpful but apparently this is a smaller store than the one in White Plains because they dont carry all of the same products.

Buy your nuts and bolts by the pound, way more cheaper than the local big box home store. Also good selection of welding equipment.

Great place to get farm and garden equipment. It is also very convenient for quick trip to get that missing or forgotten hardware.
