What a nice clean place to bath my dogs. I took the two yorkies and I didnt have to break my back to get them done. Nice high bathing stations and places to secure them. I love the blow dryer work nice and quick also did my clipping there. That was a little rough b/c the height of the table that I had to do this on. I could of used a stool. But to get them bathed and what I could get clipped I am happy. I can do the rest here at home. The workers all were very nice. Ready to get what we needed to get the job done and choices of shampoos are included.

The workers here are very friendly and helpful. I called asking if they carried a particular product and the lady looked it up for me. When I came to the store I was asked if I needed assistance and the cashier was very friendly and happily signed me up for a store card. The cat food sale was great. The store was clean, well stocked, it felt more like a boutique than a store. I love the layout and the feel of it, definitely modern and the shelving and tables were very nice. I will be shopping here from now on, keep up the good work!

The people were extremely rude. Didnt even acknowledge us walking in the door or offer to help us with anything, I left without purchasing anything just because of that reason! When leaving I said have a good day and the man and woman working didnt even look our way. Maybe they should be taught customer service!!!!! Ill spend my money elsewhere.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I love that they have a large selection of heavy duty toys for my German Shepherd puppy. She destroys most toys. But not they heavy duty ones Pet Value carries. Angela was very helpful.

Used the doggy bath for the first time today. Very clean and set up well, friendly staff, great price, way easier than a bath at home thanks to the staff for the clean up!!! Definitely will return.
