Wow, it was pretty bad! Dog was scheduled for wash, haircut, nails, and teeth. Took the dog in at the scheduled appointment time. Was delayed at check in because they couldnt find his rabies info, but they eventually did. I then leave. Approximately 4 hours later, they call and say the dog will be delayed as he had an accident in the crate (something similar before happened and ill explain below). So now there going to rewash him. At the 4.5 hour mark, they call and say he did it again, so i need to come pick him up. So i drive down and get him. 4.5 hours literally for a wash. And i should mention, he was still wet. What were they doing for 4.5 hours! And after the first time he had an accident, they didnt even take him outside to finish up (trust me I asked). The similar time - So the dog has pooped during a wash once at the Bark and Bean (sic). I was washing him myself while the workers were trimming a severely matted and crying dog 5 feet away from me. Additionally, another crying dog was being dried with a shop vac (crazy right) several more feet away. Pretty much a pretty stressful situation for a dog when two other are howling around him in pain/discomfort. While I dont know what happened at in the back of petsmart, I assume there was probably some similiar going on in the back where he was getting washed. This lead to extreme stress and a bowel movement. And before you go and think I have a very sensitive dog - this dog has enduring road trips, full days at the vet, and other typical socialization. So my dog isnt a nancy. My recommendation - find somewhere else calmer and more efficient for your dog. Unless you really hate your dog.

Ive been going here for a while and have always had good exchanges, but not this time. If it wasnt for grooming this review would have more stars. I went to the grooming salon as a walk in service to get my dogs nails clipped (a pawdicure). I brought my dog in and asked how long it usually takes. I wasnt asking to be snappy. My dog had never done an only nails trim trip before. She replied "we are busy today it should take about... 10 minutes." So I paid and left the store, walked to marshalls to buy a picture, and then walked back to the store. My time in marshalls was shorter than my walk there are back. I go to pick up my dog and she handed me my dog and said, "next time dont leave the store." There was no "please," there was no question, there was no pet behavior update for this visit. After she gave me the god and I was on my way out she stopped me and asked if I paid. I was trying to show her I paid earlier but she was more concerned with getting my dog out of the grooming salon. I wont be taking my pet to this location anymore.

I have taken my Border Collie here to be bathed, trimmed, Furminatored, pedicured and dematted. I dont think they know the Eukanuba standard to grooming. I mean, this isnt "Groomer Has It," but its average, does the job and my dog always looks and feels better in any case after visiting them. The price doesnt seem worth it, unless you are a mom with two children, with your husband in Iraq and youre trying to maintain As while going back to school, get the laundry done, kids fed, bathed, happy, house cleaned, etc. I mean, for the time and trouble, I suppose it has to be worth it, since I dont have time or patience to groom him myself. He seems to be more thoroughly cleaned than when I have him cleaned at our local boarding kennel. I recommend.

My dog had the same groomer for the last pass 10 years so she was very hard to adjust to the new groomer she been here before and the last night did the best she could and I was ok with it. But this time I made and appointment and I found out that the previous groomer no longer worked there . So the person that answered the phone was well aware of my dog I just she was labeled a problem child lol and but she recommended a Groomer name Melanie And I was like oh well as long as she gets cleaned I will be good. But OMG I was shocked she did an AWESOME I am so happy that I found someone to match her previous groomer. MELAINE YOU ROCK AND THAT MEANS ALOT COMING FROM ME BECAUSE IM VERY HARD TO PLEASE......

Good customer service! The employees were helpful, especially one there I think her name was Lena. Tried to help anyway she could, and its pretty cool that you can BRING YOUR DOG INSIDE!!!!!!!!! Thats AWESOME!!! I can honestly say that I never knew of a store where you can bring your dog inside! Needless to say that I will def go there to get my dog food and stuff. Its more expensive, but you get what you pay for.

We have been getting our dog food here for the life of our dog. Never had a problem and the one time we had a question if the food could "bad" the manager was more than happy to offer to replace it. Come to find out the issue was not with the food at all but the dog had gotten sick. But it was nice to have the offer to return the bag and be able to see if that was the cause of the dog getting sick.

Love the store and its employees but the person who groomed my dog this past time will not touch him again. I have been so disappointed in the service this past time. If it wasnt for the horrible grooming Id give it a 5 star. I might give them 1 more chance. But 49 dollars to do nothing is a bit much.

I come to this store for everything I need for my pets. I always get my hamsters and mice (pets) here, as the animals are healthier and better cared for than at my local PetCo. The staff is very helpful and informative, they will show you around and even help you decide on a pet!

Would have gotten 4 stars but they have a rack in the store that appears to be a clearance rack however there is a small note reading "not clearance items" also just always seems to have low stock of reptiles. Fish are pretty nice and well stocked.
