Went for training complete package. Started off great trainer was always nice. But after like 4 weeks in, she couldnt make it. It happened at least 4 times. I never got notified only once. So I took off work 15 mins early to make it on Thursdays. But found out after I drove there that it was canceled. Missed 15 mins of work which is brutal. I work at a dog kennel and I need to finish my notes before I leave and I have to cut it short sometimes plus I waste gas.

These other two reviews are ridiculous. If they have what you need and have more of it than other pet stores, why on earth would you rate the store harshly? The surroundings arent "nice" enough? Then dont vacation there. Dont buy a condo there. But for buying pet food and pet supplies its fine, which means the store is everything it should be. Grow up, people.

Prices are ridiculous. Ran out to buy my dog some dog biscuits, $ 10 for a 4 lb box !!! I can get a 10 lb box from Walmart or 15 lb box at Sams Club for $10 And its not just biscuits its EVERYTHING in the store . I spend a lot of money on my dog but its not at this place Im no sucker

I have my puppy groomed and recently enrolled in training. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.The groomers are A+ and I like the fact that if I just need Baileys nails cut and filed they can usually do it right away. The cost of most items is overpriced in comparison to other stores.

I dont think Id go here if it werent for the fact they carry both the food and litter me and my kitties seem to like. They also seem to have better toys in stock than the Petsmart. As for their employees, Ive had no dealings with them as of yet beyond a greeting and checkout.

First Grooming: my dogs first grooming was fine, but I was very disappointed in the salons appearance. It is quite unpleasant compared to other Petco locations that I have seen. Petco really needs to take a look at this location and put some $$ into it...
