I absolutely love all of the staff and everything they have to offer! The customer service and knowledge deserves a 5 star rating ! The grooming is so professional. My dog Oliver ( their grooming client ) passed away in June, they gave me the nicest card from the staff, that described his personality and what they will miss about him. If you are Looking for detailed customer service and people who are passionate about their work I suggest giving Keystone your bussiness and animal care. Your pets are family, they deserve it!

Fantastic local pet store, full of people who know animals and are passionate about helping you care for your pets. They listened carefully to my feeding concerns for my two puppies, and helped dispell some myths about dog food, then helped me pick a food that was both economical and really good for my pups weird digestion. Prices are comparable to online big box retailers and places like A**zon. Great grooming facilities too,, and an onsite do-it-yourself pet wash facility.

This is a great store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The stroe is well kept and they are very supportive of the local pet community. I go here for my guinea pig and dog food and horse supplies. They have the best prices in the area. I know for a fact that the guinea pig food and hay is half the price of the big chain stores. I have also gotten some great deals on Professional Choice boots for my horse. The drive from Lancaster is well worth it!

They have so many great products for my horse and dog! one of the few places I can find Calm Coat! Not too far from Lancaster so its easy for me to find. They actually have some healthy dog food too, which impressed me, though they do have some junk like Science Diet too. My pets the stuff I got them there! Great helpful staff too!

They are so much more convienient than running to Lancaster or Harrisburg! To our suprise they do actually carry the crickets we need for our 2 Leopard Geckos! :) If you see Oliver, give him a big hug! He is the most adorable mascot a store could have! My 3yr old son wanted to take him home with us!
