I won a bid on ebay for a Numark NS6 Controller but later realized it was for local pickup only! Since I live in Atlanta I called and was told they would gladly ship it for the $30 fee (it was heavy). For some reason, I couldnt connect with PayPal to make the payment. They put me on hold for 2 minutes and came back to say theyd ship it for FREE! I got it in 3 days! Kudos for great customer service!
