Went here to pawn two diamond watched. The staff had never seen watches like I brought in which are sold everywhere and they tested and confirmed diamonds were real. The manager tells me she cant accept a brand new watch cuz she saw some hairs under the glass. Wtf? Then she saus come back tomorrow, Im not the one who authenticates watches. Again.Wtf. You guys need to do better. It seems if your not bringing a damn playstation, gold or a TV to this joint the reps will get confused.

It all depends what your looking for ive been at least 20 times, maybe 3 of those times I left unsatisfied and one of the employees a couple of times seemed to have had an attitude as if he woke up with a bug crawling around his anus or something but other than that pretty descent

They dont even know what SPOT is!!!!!!!! I asked the guy who picked up the phone what percentage of spot do they do, he put me on hold 3 times and just hung up. I gave a 1 star because i couldnt give zero.....
