They use your stuff. I sent my headphones in to apple for technical issue and the sent me a new pair. I needed cash. So a day later after receiving them back , I took them to cash America. Today I pick them up, there ear wax in and on them and hair thats not mines. And years ago I had a tablet in there. Picked it up and wouldnt turn on and screen cracked . Check your item before you leave if you go here. But the one in calumet city, is totally better!!!!!

They are HORRIBLE!!!! They lost my 14k Gold chain & Charm that cost $800.00 dollars! Which was very sentimental to me, because it was a gift from my grandmother!!! I have one more ring thats in there that i need to get out. After that i will NEVER go back there. I wouldnt refer them to ANYONE, even if my life depended on it!!!! I dont even wanna give them one star, but in order to post my comment im forced to give them one! BASTARDS!!!!

Its a clean place with a pretty good variety of items for sale. The prices they give are the same as other places. However, their resale prices seemed kind of high.
