Greatest pawn shop ever! Very fair with their prices in buying, loaning, and selling. Not to mention youll find items here you wont find anywhere else. They have the typical jewelry and electronics like other shops, but what I love the most is the nostalgia. Theres vintage toys, comics, and memorabilia from as far back as I can remember all the way to as recently as a few months ago. And these days it seems "nerdy" stuff is more popular than its ever been. I have a collection of comics, including a graded copy of amazing spiderman #1 in good condition that I would never part with. Till I found this shop my only options would be to sell it if I needed cash, but because of what items this shop specializes in I know I can go get a loan anytime I need and not have to worry about loosing my most treasured comic book. All the employees Ive dealt with have been more than helpful and willing to work with the customer to make everything as fair as possible on both ends. Most pawn shops just try to rip people off and profit as much as they can without looking out for the customer. Not these guys. They are truly above the rest. I cant stress enough how great this place is, I hope they stay in business for many many years to come and Im looking forward to doing much more business with them in the future. Thank you pawn Chicago, you guys are the best! :)

As a long time customer of Pawn Chicago I feel that the amazing employees and quality of service that the give you is absolutely amazing...They treat you with the upmost respect at all times and do everything they can to make their customers happy and leave the store with a smile on their face knowing that they received the best possible service and not for one second did an employee try to get over on them and take advantage...So I would highly recommend this establishment along with their amazing employees to anyone looking to be treated fairly and leave the store extremely satisfied..!!!

There are many pawn shops in and around Chicago. Pawn Chicago is 2nd to none - absolutely the BEST! No pressure - No hassle and outstanding customer service and selection from bikes to electronics to jewelry and EVERYTHING in between with prices that will blow you away. Theres a saying; Nobody cares how much you know until they know how much you care. That saying fits Pawn Chicago to the T! I wish them many more years of continued success. I wouldnt go any place else and neither should you!

Without a doubt the best customer experience I have ever had. I dealt with two people the last time I was in and they were the best at helping me out. I stop in about every two weeks to see what is new (always looking for power tools). Anthony and Marguerite always make sure I am taken care of and offer me GREAT prices. I dont stop anywhere else!!! I used to go to a few other pawn shops but stopped after my first time a Pawn Chicago. Thanks for all your help!!!!!!

Best pawn shop period. I buy a lot of merchandise from these guys and have always had a top notch experience. Every employee there will work with you on getting the best deal possible and Ive never had to return anything Ive bought because they inspect everything they sell to ensure its a good functioning item. Ill never go to another pawn shop again. Theyre the nicest group of guys and gals to buy from. DO NOT GO TO E-Z PAWN, those guys cant even turn on a ps4

I walked into Pawn Chicago..looking for a DVD player with a hdmi cord...Marguerite helped me to find the DVD player u was looking for & found an hdmi cord for me..sold me everything for a very reasonable price..I was very pleased...& she was very pleasant ..courteous helpful...I will definitely be coming back often..I seen a lot of other items Im interested for my new appt..

best pawnshop in illinois! very clean place. good prices, quality items a lot of them, warranty on electronics, very polite and patient people like 5 star hotel customer service. WARNING: dont come here with plenty of cash! went inside with $200+ went out with zero cash :) anyway got a like new ps4 and a TV so i am so happy coz my kids are happy :) will be back! soon!

If i actually had 2 speak or write about the customer service here, maaaan, my voice wud grow hoarse and my hands wud go numb and my mind wud become frustrated wit all its inadequacies! The staff at Pawn Chicago is extremely friendly and helpful, the shop has everything you could possibly want from kitchen appliances to bikes and plenty of jewelry. If I could give this place more stars I definitely would. Great place that always is able to help you out when needed. The value that is given for pawns is definitely better then other places Ive been too. As for there inventort, everything is stock is priced at an affordable rate. Definitely getting another tv from this place ASAP.

Came down to look at a bass amp, store was very clean, and the diverse stock was well organized.Not enough can be said about the staff, very friendly and professional! Couldnt recommend this shop for anybody seeking bedroom amps, power tools, and especially those looking for comics and comic memorobilia. Get here.

This place is awesome! They took care of me and are def the best pawn shop to head to in the north Chicagoland area. Really courteous and honest and they offer better deals than most. Also wide selection of goods i.e. comics, action figures, movies, electronics, jewelry etc. Check em out!
