I love the store nice prices friendly helpful staff but new manager keep harassing me every time I go there seeing that Ive been going there since before he was the new manager he has a stick up his ass because he tried to beat me out of summer merchandise (was trying to under sale me and I told the previous management and she corrected it now hes the manager Im going to have to find another place to go until hes either fired or corrected. Hes the chunky short Hispanic guy watch out he will get you if you let him smh over 5+yrs with this store have ever referred alottt of new business to this store but.....

They pay for their reviews. They are snobby and they do serious low balling and barely check out the product. I took my diamond ring to get a loan and they verified that the gold was real, along with the diamonds and told me that they could only loan me 100 because they would sell it for 200. They dont sell diamonds anywhere for 200. They have no idea of value. One star for making me never forget how horrible they do business.

One star is being generous for this shop. They offer practically nothing for gold. Dont waste your time with these rude people. Bring your gold to Kulas in Joliet. It is a reputable family owned business and they are pleasant to deal with and more than fair.

Of ALLLLLLL the Cash America Pawns I shop at. THIS IS BY FAR the worst! It looks like a thrift store!!!! Just know that I am a LONG time customer. And this place looks just like the crap hole that is Harvey, IL.
