Saw an ad on Craigslist for an item, call them and asked them to put it on hold. I spoke with Stephanie who said it wasnt a problem. She said she would be in at 1:00pm on the 8th of May and I told her that was fine as I wouldnt be able to get in until 2 - 3pm. So I call her before heading out just to confirm its still waiting for me. Its not. Her response? No "Im sorry" or anything else even remotely apologetic. Instead she appeared to know she was in the wrong and instead of getting yelled at by me she was going to beat me to the punch and blame me before I even got a chance to say anything. My question: I just want to verify its still on hold. Im about 45 minutes away. Her response: "It most certainly is not. You were supposed to come in this morning. We just sold it." Ooooooooookkkk. Thats all fine and good only I know that I didnt tell her that I was coming in in the morning because she specifically told me what time she started work and I followed that up by telling her that was fine because I wouldnt be able to come in until later anyhow. Situations like this happen. I understand that. Its the attitude that you take when they happen that makes the difference. If she would have told me it was sold and apologized to me for the mistake I would be fine, disappointed but fine but to get on the phone with me, be abrasive and then try to shift her mistake onto me is just unacceptable. I hope Stephanie was just having a bad day. She just earned her store a negative mark though and for what? Because she couldnt be polite to a customer.

Poor communication I had my Apple Watch there for a pawn loan Ive been dealing with these people for a while and they give you a 7 day grace period on pawn loans. So I had my fiancé pay on my watch they said they took it out the system and put it on the floor for sale. I asked what happen to the 7 day grace period there response aww we are under new management. When were you guys going to notify your customers that your policy has changed and just up and sale there item. I will never use them again if I wanted to. I will be notifying corporate. I hate the way businesses are ran now a days. Its just sick smh
