Rude..and NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE FOR QUESTIONING OR ANYTHING ELSE FOR THAT MATTER..WHATs THE PURPOSE OF HAVING AN PHONE WHEN THE PHONE STAYS BUSY OR OFF THE HOOK..IVE TRIED CALLING EVEN 1MIN BEFORE OPENING AND STILL I GET A BUSY SIGNAL HOWEVER TOTALLY BAD FOR BUSINESS!!

Very rude, disrespectful, treat customers as if "they doing you a favor" when they realize everyone are not druggies and desperate, and that theirs plenty of other pawn shops who do the same service and respectably, maybe then should people decide to do biz with them

Absolutely the WORST place to go to,Im appalled at the way they do business. I tried to sell some games and immediately the jack-ass told me they couldnt buy them,but there were games in the back as old as my kid and hes three. I will never go back there!!!!
