My wife and I had numerous problems with moldy/spoiled packaged produce at this store a year ago resulting in my wife shopping at the Silver Leaf Publix further from our house. Since switching stores the produce problem went away (as was expected since we never had problems at other Publix supermarkets in the past). That is until I made the mistake out of convenience this past weekend to shop at this store, and unfortunately once again found mold inside a container of grape tomatoes. This was escalated to the store manager who has not returned my call as of this post. What happened to the Publix guarantee to never knowingly disappoint customers?

The staff is nice and friendly and I like the growing offer of organic items but the produce section is a nightmare. How many times did I make it home just again with slimy mushrooms, rotten salad or green on the inside tomatoes. This place is very expensive, which is fine, but the quality doesnt match the price. At that price point Ill drive to the Fresh Market in Bradenton from now on. Much better quality and selection, same price.

This is a clean, standard Publix but the sub station is beyond slow. It took me ten full minutes to have ONE sandwich made. I dont know what it is, ill-prepared submakers or just people who really enjoy stretching their job out, but I will not be returning to this Publix for a sub. Groceries: that was a breeze.

Always good..the meat dept. help are very helpful. Produce help ,excellent. Deli dept. Very good,patient people even when someone who forgets to take a ticket and cuts ahead. Store is stocked always and clean. Baggers are so kind,lifting all your heavy items,and so polite.

The deli is aweful!! I tried their online ordering for subs and they screwed it up twice. I talked to customer service and they did remake the subs. But it was a frustrating process to order online and have to have the order made 3 times before it was correct.

Service really NOT GOOD AT ALL also like buys two 6 dollar and when we went to check out they said it was buy two get one didnt tell us correctly.when we went to ask the manager about this she was really mean. AND I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN....

Im really disappointed that I bought fresh ready to eat kiwis that still had the stickers on them. Good thing I didnt give these to my young children because the stickers could have been a choking hazard. Dont skip the basics guys.

THE BEST STORE ON THE PLANET!!!! Staff are ALL courteous and wonderful. Beats Wegmans food stores by a country mile and I can say this cause I shopped at Wegmans for 54 yrs.
