City Furniture has just given my wife and I the best buying experience we have had !! We had a very bad bad experience with Rooms to Go with a horrible delivery even worse couch but City came to the rescue!! We purchased from Dadeland location and had the privilege of having Consuelo as our sales rep and she was phenomenal to say the least! Very thorough and patient. Extremely nice and explained everything from pricing to delivery! From start to finish our experience has been so wonderful we had to take this moment to write about it bc after such a bad experience we had to praise you City Furniture for returning such an important moment such as furnishing our new home with this experience!! Thank you delivery men you were wonderful and kind...thank you Consuelo we appreciate your help and follow up!!! We will always return to shop with you!!!! I came into City Furniture Miami for a bed. The manager Eric approached me and informed me of how to read the price tags and there was no pressure. He let me search the entire store without making me feel like he was pressuring me to buy something just to make a quick buck. Hes very personable, information and helpful. The store itself has an excellent variety of modern to old school style furniture which I really liked. I was looking for a more modern bed because I just graduated from college and I just moved into my first official apartment. Their prices are really affordable which I was surprised by because everything in that store appears high end and expensive. They have great decorative pieces as well which I cant wait to explore more. Their hours are great because they are flexible. I love this because I have a crazy work schedule and I never know what time I will be done with work. I definitely recommend this store!!!

A 1 star since I cant give zero. made an order for several pieces of furniture. I was told that my rug was on back order for 2 days. I said okay thats fine. To then find out that I wasnt getting the rug in 2 days. I was told by Felipe Bustamante that the shipment had not arrived that I had to wait 2 weeks and he scheduled the delivery for the 14th. I was already bothered but ok. It is now December 13. Yesterday I received a text message to CONFIRM the delivery between 5pm and 11pm. Delivery was confirmed and TODAY they are telling me shipment is still not received. Please explain to me how this company CONFIRMS a delivery for a shipment that supposedly hasnt even arrived?! First & last time I make an order from these people.

This company has been the worst experience of my life. I thought this was a serious company, but it wasnt. I bought a dinning room, living room, bed and mattress, and three weeks later after I did the purchase I just have received the dinning table and one sofa. However, I was supposed to receive the rest of the back order today, and customer service called me to let me know that I would receive part of the bed and the base of the coffee and end table by august 9 (so in two weeks). No bed and no tables in two more weeks. I did pay almost 4000, and the service and everything is how you buy in walmart. MY ADVICE TO EVERYONE, DO NOT BUY IN CITY FURNITURE, dont waste your money and your time.

We have been to this location 3 times now for different rooms in our home. The first visit was for living room and dining room furniture. That is when we met Milly who was fantastic at showing, explaining and answering all of our questions. We are still thrilled with our purchase for those rooms. Our next purchase was outdoor furniture and again Milly was an absolute joy to work with. Again we are enjoying that purchase as well. Our most recent purchase, with the assistance of the lovely Milly, was furniture for our TV room. The quality and craftsmanship of the furniture is wonderful. When we need furniture in the future our one stop shopping will be "City Furniture!"

I have been postponing the purchase of a few furniture items for my home for about 6 month. To me, shopping for furniture is not a pleasant experience, most of the sales staff is very pushy and suffocating. Finally, we went to City Furniture and in one hour we purchase a recliner sofa, dining room chairs and a table. It was such a pleasant experience that can’t wait to purchase other pieces which we need. Sales guy was very helpful, very polite and gave suggestions, he knew his merchandise and capture what I liked very fast. Delivery went very smooth. Excellent service!!! It was a joyful event shopping at City Furniture!!

I ordered a whole 2 bedrooms worth of furniture. They delivered one of the beds which they did not install properly and it collapsed. Still, 2 months later and they have not fixed the bed. Ive had to take off work numerous times and wait for three hours for them to show up and they cancel at the last minute. Now theynare saying it will be 10 days before they can deliver again. Another delivery and they put the furniture in the wrong place and wouldnt put where we wanted, so my daughter and I had to move extremely heavy furniture by ourselves while they watched. I will never purchase furniture from here again.

I went to City Furniture to buy a new bedroom suite for my new condo. I met Roger Mendez, salesman ant the rest is history. His customer service skills were super , I wanted to shop around to compare prices and styles so, I went to other stors and found myself back at City for the best deal as promised. Your delivery time was just as promised and the Delivery men were the best very professional and every thing was put together as promised. I cannot say enough about my experiense except when I need additional furniture City Fruniture is the place I will go.

The sales rep was excellent, and the store was very nice. Just dont expect for city furniture to deliver your furniture on time. So if they give you a delivery date you have to stay home all day because you never know when you will receive your furniture. Worst experience ever I lost one whole day of work waiting for my furniture only to receive it way over my appointment time. Horrible closing my account to never buy there again because it is not worth it I cant sit at home waiting all day because they cant get their appointment right.

Made furniture shopping stress free. The staff didnt hassle me, but were always available when I had questions. They were very knowledgable with their recommendations. The prices were fantastic and they worked with me to deliver my furniture at a time that was convenient for me. I chose the premium delivery and the furniture was set up quickly, and the guys cleaned up any debris afterwards. It was nice to get a call from customer service afterwards to ensure that everything was up to my expectations. I will definitely be back.

I went to city furniture to buy a coffee and end table to match the entertainment stand I had previously purchased. The store manager, Eric is very knowledgeable about the items in the store and was very helpful without being pushy. The delivery guys arrived earlier than expected and were very polite when they delivered my new furniture. After all was said and done I even received a follow up call from Eric making sure that I was happy with my purchase. The experience was excellent and I definitely recommend it!!
