IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!! Horrible customer service. Associate never told us that the coffee table that we were purchasing wouldnt fit the couch size that we purchased. When we complained to the store the response was to sell it on Craigslist, or to sell it to our friend that was looking at furniture. I spent about 2500.00 on the couch how dare those were the responses I get from an associate!!! I am beyond furious. I tried calling your customer service line but you are not open on Sunday.I left message on FB but they havent called me back!!!! I emailed a complaint to the wesite. They told me that this store is privately owned...YEAH AND? Still represents the Ashley name...I would think they would want that name associated with GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. .. Is this how Ashley treats its customers?? I will no longer shop with you, I will most definitely shop at your competitors, maybe they know what the real definition of customer service. I am discusted, and upset that the associate treated me with such disrespect! !!!! This is an issue. I will be contacting your corporate office. I am in retail, and if we ever spoke to our customers in that way we wouldnt have any customers!!!!!

If you come across a representative named Patrick, run for your lives! He is about as useful as a cinder block, except a cinder block acts as a decent paper weight... I have a simple warranty issue that no one at this organization seems to know how to resolve. This company is notorious for passing the buck. I was told by customer service to call the store and the store to call customer service. They have no idea how anything works within their company. What I dont understand about this company is that they arent selling shoes or blenders. They are selling furniture that costs thousands of dollars and they have a 3 day return policy and charge the consumer 50.00 to fix a warranty item. Does this sound like a company that cares? Its like they are trying to piss us off. This companies reminds me of Comcast. Terrible customer service. Once you sign your life away you are dead to the them. One great thing about Ashley furniture is that they arent the only furniture store. If you want to save yourself a headache and your wallet, then stay away.

When I first walked into the store in Stuart, I was surprised no one was there to greet at the entrance. I started walking around the store and even though Chrisler was with a customer already, he took the time to acknowledge me. There was a female worker on the floor putting a sheet on a bed looked me in my face and not a word, I had questions and no one was there to answer them. I passed by the front entrance desk again and there was another female on her cellphone and didnt even bother to ask if I needed help. Chrisler saw me after 15 minutes still walking around and asked if Ive been helped and I was really rude to him with my answer and explained how horrible there customer service was. He apologized and assisted me from that point. Because of his patience, and willingness to help I made a purchase. Im not saying the rest of the sales people are not ok to deal with. I can only speak of my experience. Chrisler was extremely helpful, patient and not pushy.

Ashleys furniture is honestly below 1 star. I am so upset I spent so much money here in the Stuart location. Jerry Sauber sold us our living room set and bar stools, who is THE MANAGER and has yet to return any of my messages. When I call the store, I get the answering machine. My love seat and barstools were delivered ( but broken) but not my couch. After taking off work the following Friday when I was told the couch would be delivered, I called and was told someone on their end did not confirm delivery and I was now placed at the bottom of the waiting list, 19 people! It would be well over a month I now have to wait to get a couch I was "bumped" out of line for. And on top of now not having a couch, one of my barstools broke the very next day after delivery. I have called THREE TIMES NOW, and have yet to have any technician call me, or even the manage Jerry. I feel stuck now with thousands of dollars spent and no couch and a broken barstool.

Worst experience EVER!! There is no communication in this place. I have been promised a call back from Customer Service as well as from Jay the manager but no one calls. I still do not have all the furniture I purchased in November and no one really seems to care. I wasnt told there was a backorder until the delivery driver arrived at my house. Wasnt given a three hour delivery window either. And to top it all off, the "replacement" couch that was sent when mine was backordered is broken and now I am waiting again for someone to call me to see when it can be repaired or replaced. I have bought furniture from them inthe past and it was a great experience but this time it has been a disaster. The manager is not empowered to do anything but will not allow you to speak to his manager or a Regional that can actually get things done. Very disappointing! If I could give a negative rating, I would.

We walked in and had immediate help, picked out the furniture we wanted and everything went smoothly at that point. We got home a measured and the furniture we had just purchased was not going to fit our space. We saw something online we liked and called in and spoke to our sales associate and he quickly changed our order. The problems started there. We were not told that what we wanted had to be special ordered. So we waited a little over 2 weeks for one piece, and the other two pieces were to come a week later. When the delivery truck came, one of our pieces was not only not what we ordered, it was not even the same color! So now we are being told that it has to be special ordered AGAIN!! Which can take weeks, we are already going on 4 weeks at this point. I would think that after all of this...they would try to compensate us some how. Very Disappointed!

Literally the worst expirence Ive had in my life, honestly the sales associate was great but everything after was horrible. The furniture was delivered broken so I called their customer service, which by the way of you but from this location you deal with citi furniture customer service not Ashley, I was then told I had to fill out a form and someone would contact me. After 3 days of not hearing a thing I called back and demanded a refund in which I was told they dont do refunds...I was then told that my furniture must be repaired and a repair technician would be in contact with me. So basically I paid $1000 for a broken couch that has to be fixed and now its been 4 days and no word from the repair man, I will be putting a BBB complaint!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

If you are considering a furniture purchase from Ashley Furniture Homestore, be sure to do your due diligence and find customer reviews on your selection. In my experience, the Signature Design sofa I purchased a year ago has been repaired twice under warranty due to manufacturer defect. The sofa is made from inexpensive, low quality particle board. The frame is under-designed and can barely support the weight of a 100lb woman. I suspect I will be replacing my lightly used furniture within the year. It is unfair to consumers and the sales staff to continue providing product of such poor quality. Unfortunately, I will not be a repeat customer.
