Took in 10.2 grams of 14K gold. he told me it wasnt 14K .... then offered me $10gram for 14K..... didnt check spot price didnt do anything other then try to rip me off for about 120 bucks. i took it down road to COIN SHOP on miracle mile. they gave me$26 a gram and looked at me crazy when i told them what he did. HE IS A THIEF DO NOT EXCHANGE ANYTHING with these guys. and i will tell this to his face. he is a THIEF. ( not a very good one at that) i do a lot of metal detecting so im hip to prices. IM THE RED HEAD GUY CAME IN JULY 3rd :D u thief.

Every time I go in there with something of value that I need to pawn, for necessities for my house they dont even look at what I have & then say that they dont take it... I was told to go there because of great word of mouth reviews.... I WILL NEVER GO THERE FOR ANYTHING. Please do not waste your time and money in an establishment that doesnt want your business, Please tell everyone, everywhere (Google, Facebook, Twitter, FourSquare, etc etc) that they do not want your business...

The place was well organized. Staff was easy going and straight forward. They gave me the highest offer for my watch. This is the third item I pawned with them. I bought a PS4 from them a while back for a low price. They have the best quality jewlery Ive seen compared to other pawn shops. They sell laptops, PS4s, musical instruments, tools (Makita and DeWalt) all in a pretty good condition. I would recommend them over other pawn shops.

Review regarding selling gold: I went to get in a quote for my gold after going to three other locations. They were the ones that gave me the highest quote. The worker that helped me was very nice and respectful but I think that was because he was probably the owner or manager. I also felt safe because he had a gun (so if someone wanted to come and rob him while I was there, I know I would be somewhat okay).

I tried to pawn my laptop for some funds. They said the hard drive is too small(80gigs) it needs to be 120 gigs. The laptop is worth $1600 and has 2 gigs of sdram, duo core intel. I guess i should of got a cheep laptop with a large hard drive. What a bunch of tards.
