My mother was traveling to the West coast from the east to visit friends and family. It was during the duration of Mothers day and I wanted to get her something she would cherish and remember but she was on the otherside of the country. I convinced her to go to Rogers in Folsom with her friend she was visiting. She asked me why? I told her my friend from grade school was working there and I wanted her to stop in and surprise him. They havent seen each other in over 25 years and he wasnt expecting her. When she got there she asked for my friend and surprised him by saying hey hi..My son wants to talk to you. I then asked my friend to now surprise my mother with a braclet that he helped me pick out per budget and taste. The over the phone monetary transaction was easy. My mother cherished the moment that my friend clasped the braclet on her wrist and said ."This is from your son, Happy Mothers Day." That moment brought tears of joy and excitement and Rogers Jewelers in Folsom CA made it happen..Thanks Chad Ponciano your the best!!

Every time i walked into Rogers, i was helped by Chad, who treated me as if i had been a long time customer. That always impressed me as i would just go in for watch batteries and not much more. But always the same smile, cheerfulness, and quick service. This went on for a long enough period of time, that finally i had no choice but to give Rogers all of my business. The entire staff is pleasant, yet efficient, and it always feels as if your jewelry issues are the only issues. I am remembered and treated as if I have been there for years. That is a level of service that is hard to find today. And as for the quality of the work and jewelry....it is right up there, along with the design work....they are patient beyond words...i should know....i put them thru the ringer with a redesign piece and every time through out the process....smiles, eagerness to please and not a suggestion off anything other than the goal of making the perfect piece!.... Which of course they did...

I have been a customer for almost 20 years now and have found the staff to be nothing other than professional, knowledgeable, personable and very low pressure. I do all my shopping at Rogers as does my entire family. The sales staff are always interested in your needs and will never force you into anything you arent 100% sold on. If they dont have it they will find it, create it or even refer you where to get it. The reception staff are always accommodating, extremely friendly and helpful both in person and on the phone. I am a lifetime customer and extremely satisfied with both the products this company offers and the customer service their staff strive to provide. I highly recommend Rogers, you will not be disappointed.

I want to give a shout out to Jodi Hanf @ Rogers Jewelry in Folsom. We have been long term clients @ Rogers since they opened way back for various new pcs, resetting of rings, repairs/batteries & cleaning. Our home recently had a severe fire and even though our jewerly was in a safe it reaked of smoke/soot. Jodi went out of her way to clean jewelry that I had purchased there and some I had not. Replaced my cases & pouches with new ones that were clean. I always get the best service there, and this was no exception. Thank you for being so kind, generous and sincere when our family was struggling through the last few months. We appreciate it!

Purchased Casio G-Shock Atomic/Solar MTG-900 Watch at Wal-Mart. The Steel Band was very Unique/Tough/Hard to Adjust for Wal-Mart staff and they Recommended to go to Professional Jewelers who can Charge upto $10-15. But Ms.Desiree at Rogers Jewelers Happily did it for Free. We heard about Service with a Smile but this is FREE SERVICE WITH a SMILE : ) If i can get Free Service without even Purchasing there, imagine what other customers are getting/may get with a Purchase. Also the Entire Staff was Professional/Friendly making me feel that I am the King of the Jewels came in to Buy more Jewels !

I love this store!!! Not only is everyone super friendly, but every visit isnt just a task, it is a shopping experience. The sales team is attentive and the office staff polite as can be. Ive purchased a watch for a surprise gift to my husband, and the sales person, Nick, helped me to pick out the perfect one. My husband loved it! They even gift wrapped it and had cards to pick out, turning this little gift into a big surprise that brightened up his day. I always feel like Im seeing old friends whenever I come in. I would never buy from another jewelry store!

I have been going to Rogers for my jewelry needs since 2006. I have three beautiful rings, and two pendant necklaces. We also got my husbands wedding band here. One of the best selections I have seen, way better than a mall store. The staff is friendly. Jodi has always gone out of her way to help us. I will highly recommend the warranty they offer for any jewelry. Over the years, I have lost a couple stones, and they have always replaced them. It also includes resizing of rings, which I have unfortunately had to take advantage of. ;)

We had the best experience at Rogers with Jodi! She helped me pick out my engagement ring and worked with my husband to surprise me! I love my band and the value and expertise we received. He knows now how easy it is to give a budget and she will come through! We make the drive from Chico to get my ring cleaned and stones checked. I would recommend Rogers for all your jewelry purchases big and small.

The folsom staff is always friendly and helps whenever there is an issue with my jewelry to ensure I am happy with their services and ultimately have a product i love. From day one Nick has treated us like we are special ..recognizing us as soon as we walk in even though he may have only seen us twice a year.
