My experience at Ybarras jewelry is as follows: I entered the store to ask for the price of a Citizen watch on January 29, 2012. The lady who attended me showed me the watch; the price was $700.00 dollars. My poorly dressed appearance probably gave her the idea that I could not afford such an expensive watch. Without further notice, she informed me that the less expensive watches were in another display. She showed me an ugly watch that perhaps nobody wanted to buy! I am sorry, but you have just lost another customer. Do not judge customers by their appearance.

Took my Citizen watch twice to get fixed and nothing was done to it and it took them almost two weeks and I still have the same problem no longer will they have me as a customer..

Took my wedding ring to get fixed the first time it broke again about a week later but after the second time it is perfect
