Reading some others reviews I had to chuckle a bit, because when my fiancé & I visited last night I was FAR from presentable, same goes for my fiance lol. I have spent the last 5 months frustrated beyond belief with another jewelery store over my engagement ring. Correction, OLD engagement ring. We walked into Rogers with no expectations & no plan to spend money (simply because the other jeweler has yet to issue the refund checks) however, Todd, was great. He showed me everything I wanted, discussed all of my concerns, treated me & my fiancé with respect. We were given in-house finance options so we didnt have to dip into savings or put on credit (waiting on the refund from the other jeweler) and we got to take my NEW engagement ring home!! I am beyond pleased with the experience here at Rogers and more so with the price, my princess cut halo engagement ring is perfect & I was extremely pleased to learn about Triton mens rings & the warranty (which we will be purchasing here as well). Sorry for the novel, but after what I have been through the last few months with the other jeweler I am a very happy customer & recommend Rogers to anyone, especially if you have had a not so pleasant experience with another jeweler. Go see Todd & allow him to do what he did for me.

My husband and I live in Stockton, Ca and a close friend referred us to Rogers Jewelry in Elk Grove. We were reluctant to make the drive but after being dissatisfied with the level of service and selection of local jewelers we decided to head up to Rogers Jewelry in Elk Grove. Well to say the least we were very impressed. The store is huge, they had an incredible selection, and the staff there made us feel right at home. Justin greeted us at the door with a welcoming smile and we told him that we were looking for engagement rings. He took his time with us to assure that we found the right ring, and then educated us on diamonds and helped us choose the perfect diamond as well. Our experience here was incredible. I get compliments on my ring all the time and I tell them to go to Rogers. Their staff is great and the quality is bar none. Thanks Justin and Rogers Jewelry for providing us with such a wonderful experience.

Fiance purchased wedding set from this location, which was absolutely beautiful! All within first month of having the ring this happened: Needed to be sized. Got the engagement ring back, and noticed one of the prongs felt sharp. A few days later the diamond fell out. Dropped off for repair, got it back a week later. Very next day it fell out again. Took it in again. Went in for pick up the 2nd time, had one huge sharp point where the 2 prongs should have been, the band had black scratches and the diamond looked black and different then rest in the set. Professional store should never hand over something unfinished and unclean. It looked like Id had it for 5 years! There jeweler did horrible job! Had to go to another location to be fixed. Nice employees but horrible customer service!

I went in there a couple of days ago to drop off a resume, and I was impressed with the flow of the store. You open the outside door into a stylized mini-parlor, and that opens up into a spread-out floor plan with intelligently placed displays. (+1) for friendliness, (+1) for ambiance, (+1) for communication of employees. They seem to work as a team in accomplishing tasks. (+1) for consideration of management. The floor manager was very accepting, kind, and helpful, even when I revealed I wasnt there to purchase anything. (+1) in general for processing through what I requested of them, and assisting me in submitting my application, and providing resources.

Ordered custom work from the Folsom store and then decided to cancel it well within their cancellation policy period, going into the store, dealing with a salesperson and picking up the WRITTEN contract showing me that my order was canceled. Imagine my surprise when they called me to tell my piece was done a week later! Rogers did not honor the written cancellation - nor were they willing to compromise in short they bullied me into a sale. I have my piece, and it seems well made enough. But look out - presales is charming but if there is a problem you are totally on your own. Would not recommend. They lost me as a customer for good.

I went in to purchase a new chain and backing for my earring. I was greeted right away and out of there in less than 15 minutes. The salesperson informed me that my old necklace chain could be repaired and there was no need to buy a new one. I was surprised he didnt just try and sell me new one. He then offered to clean my earrings and give a new backing for free. I insisted on paying since they fixed my necklace for no charge but he wouldnt accept it. I went in excepting to pay for a new chain and new earring backs and walked out with all my jewelry fixed and no charge. Wonderful surprise.

Been coming here for 10 years now. I like that everyone is respectful regardless of how presentable I am during my visit. I dont really price compare considering if you are shopping here, youre not looking for basic needs or shouldnt be looking for a bargain. The people are great, very helpful. The cleaning services they provide after purchases are always great. The selection is good enough and you can special order from the books so its good all-around.

Went to get batteries replace for 2 watches and was greeting walking through the door with smiles. The young lady ask what she can do for me and I handed her the 2 watches to replace the battery. Usually in most places they charge $10 per watch. I walked out with the same amount of cash that I walked in with. I wont hesitate to purchase any kind of jewelry from this store in the future.

Kevin was so nice when I brought my husband watches and and my tennis bracelet in. My bracelet kept falling off my wrist and he took out the extra links of the watches and fix the clasp,when i offered to pay and he ask only to do a survey he wouldnt take my money, What an honest guy. Thanks Kevin
