I will start off by saying my fiance and I got an engagement ring from Kenny G & Co from the branch in Reno and that experience was wonderful. Unfortunately, it has been a frustrating experience in Roseville. About 3 weeks ago, we ordered my fiances wedding ring. We were worried it was cutting it too close to the wedding (this weekend), but we were assured the order should be done in 2 weeks. We gave them the date of our wedding and paid our deposit. I hadnt received a phone call from Kenny G after 2 weeks (this past monday) so I called for an update on the order. The lady let me know they were going to call the designer and call me back right away. 3 hours go by and I didnt get a call, so I call again. The lady let me know the ring would be there by Friday. The problem with this was I am leaving for our wedding on Friday. She then had me talk with Michael and he said he was going to call the designer. This time he called me back quickly and told me they could get it in by Thursday. He said if anything were to go wrong, they would give us another ring to use for the wedding. Today is Thursday and I called for another update. The lady told me she would call the designer and call me back asap. 2 hours go by and I didnt get a call. So we went into the store and talked to one of the employees. They told us they would call the designer tomorrow to check on the status of the ring even though I was told they were calling the designer today. I let them know it was supposed to be here today and they seemed surprised to hear that. The employee apologized and all they could offer was a ring we could borrow for the wedding if it isnt ready by Friday. We are already stressed out enough and this experience with Kenny G & Co in Roseville has made it much worse. We were polite and patient with the employees, but this is ridiculous. Im happy to update this review if they do something to fix this or guarantee that my fiances ring will be here. Otherwise, we will take our business elsewhere.

The best customer service of any jeweler I have done business with. That is not to say that I have not worked with other respectable and reliable jewelers. But, yesterday, I was blown away by the customer care given when absolutely no money was expected to be gained by attending to my needs. Details: I called up Kenny G & Co and told them that my fiancé and I had purchased our bridal set from an estate jewelry dealer. Then, I told them that my fiancé was starting to doubt the integrity of the dealer and believed that the diamonds in my rings were fake. I asked if they would be willing to test the diamonds and determine for certain whether they were genuine. Clearly, my story indicates that we do not have much money to spend on jewelry, but the assistant manager of the store graciously invited me to come in and ask for him personally. When I arrived, he was with another customer. No matter, another salesperson on the floor was equally willing to help, performed two separate tests, and even went so far as to ask me if he could professionally clean my [now officially diamond] engagement ring. All of this was done without asking me for a penny, and as he walked me out, the salesperson treated me as cordially as if I had purchased the most expensive ring in the store. Guess where I sending my future husband when we are in the market for anniversary jewelry? Highly recommend this establishment.

We went to many different jewerlers looking for someone to make a custom ring from our design. None of these jewerlers were helpful or even appeared to want our business. Kenny G and Co. matched our design perfectly. I will never go anywhere else and will recommend them to all my friends.

Went in to have a ring appraised, I am a young guy and have very little knowledge of Jewelry. The staff there were very nice and took a great deal of pride in their knowledge and how rings are valued the cost of the gems and of the metal. I would go back due to my experience.

Brought my mother (she is almost 90) in to get another ring sized ...this is our third visit to get her jewelry repaired and sized. On every visit John has been extremely helpful and kind to my mother. I would not hesitate to recommend Kenny G and Company!
