They dont know what they are doing. I have a watch that was running 20 seconds slow per day for years. I took it to Fast Fix to get it calibrated. One hour later I got the watch back and it was worse: about 50 seconds slower per day. I took it back and asked them to do it right. One week later they called me and said it was done. But this time it is off by 100 seconds per day. It doesnt require special instruments or any expertise to tell a watch is off by 4 seconds per hour. They charged me $60 for making it 5 times worse. They just dont know how to do it and they dont care!

I am very surprised by the reviews here. I was referred over from Nordstrom to fix the glass cover on my boyfriends Armani watch, not only were they all very professional, they were very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend bringing your items here. We only use them, and have had our jewelry repaired here at least 10 times in the last few years. They even managed to save my boyfriends mothers expensive watch that had an adventure going through the washer and dryer. I am by no means a wealthy person, and I have found the prices very reasonable every time we have gone in.

About two months ago I took in my watch in for a battery change, the service was friendly and quick. While I was there, I noticed they did jewelry cleaning and repairs as well so yesterday I brought in my wedding band for a resize and a cleaning. I left with a beautifully polished ring that looks like it did 10 years ago!!

"Fast Fix" is poorly named. Pressure test and replace batteries on 4 watches, we were quoted about an hour. Went back to pick up at about an hour and a quarter. Were still waiting, and its now at two hours total. The line is out the door. AND they are quite pricey!

We were sold a diamond that was claimed to be .25 carat. In reality it weighed .197 carat. Because I had it weighed they claimed the diamond was switched. I received no satisfaction in dealing with this company. I wish I could rate it at 0 stars.

Everything was done wrong to my rings, plus damages to them! I am taking them to Small Claims Court for justice. I will write more details later, and the outcome of court.

$22 for getting couple of links off on my watch. They are very expensive for a watch repair place. I would not recommend this place.
