I went in to get a battery changed in two watches and a clasp fix. They advertise repairs so I didnt think it would be a problem. PROBLEM...they send them out for repairs. What good are you to have a tech on site and they cant repair a watch? So I kept one and had them change the battery in the other one. $12.00!!! She said it would take 10 minutes so I left and came back. When she gave me the watch back, the time was not set. So I asked her to have him set the watch. He yelled at her in Spanish and set the watch. (Wouldnt you expect your watch to be shiny and have the correct time if you just paid $12 for a battery?) Then she gave it back to me and the second hand was not moving....hmmmm. (If you were a tech in a watch repair, wouldnt you make sure that the watch is keeping correct time, if you just got paid for changing out a battery?) So he yelled something back at her in Spanish and she told me they didnt have anymore batteries to change it out, so I just stopped her in her tracks and asked for a refund and said I would take it somewhere else. Horrible place, and a lazy tech that doesnt care about the quality of service they give. Know your Spanish when you go in, so youll know exactly what he is saying. Damn I wish Id taken Spanish in school.

I called ahead to ask if they do same day ring sizing. They say yes I get there 10 mins latter they tell me they have to mail it in. What the hell? Sales men suck.
